I assume you'd have to have the cash ready. Otherwise you'd have an unfair advantage for the upcoming round

Correct. Must have cash on hand.

What you can do, is choose to sell cards in the card selling thread and then use that money to bid, even if I haven't processed it. If you're outbid, you still need to sell those cards obviously. I'm sure this will mess up at some stage due to someone miscalculating, but I'm happy to give it a go until someone messes up :P
