Like the trades, the time to trade Tippa is now for mine, and Dea can wait. He'll most likely have a couple of 75-85 back to back games and can be traded later after that...

Hall still had a big game last week, his DE was down. Can jump on in a couple of weeks if he pumps out a couple of 100+ games to give you reassurance. If Rocky backs up again this week he may be too cheap to ignore too....

Mills may be ripe next week, Adams too, and Brown the following week to take advantage of his 88 last week.

MC

Dea seems more pressing to trade out with a BE of 90+ though I see your point re: Shaw.

I'm contemplating Shaw/Boyd this week, Boyd is so tempting with JJ and Bob out, though I worry he might miss a game or two at some stage...

sammy123

thanks for the advice guys.

any of you guys have laird and will be holding?

Samm79

flower, just saw that. Have him and Rance. Will trade to avoid a donut most likely, Hartley and Wagner should get the job done otherwise, especially loopholing them with Laird.

If there wasn't other areas to work on id trade, it just seems like a negative move to trade.

If you could spare 5 to look at my team and give me your two cents worth that be grand. Never been so high so early on...

Yeah i'm holding Laird, scary though because Adelaide tend to be overly optimistic in their assessments (see Crouch etc) and they're saying 2-3 weeks...

if its around the 2-3 mark and adelaide say he needs more time may pull the trigger

You say that now, but if we'd already waited 2-3 weeks, what's another 1 or 2?
Keeping him makes sense while we have decent rookies covering. DBJ, Byrne, Brown, Tippa, Adams have all been serviceable thus far. Upgrading around him means we'll have an extra prem at the end of those 3 weeks.

IE:
Wk 1 = Sideways + Downgrade this week = same number of prems as current
Wk 2 = 1-up, 1-down = one more prem than current

IF YOU HELD:
Wk 1 = 1-up, 1-down = one more prem than current
Wk 2 = 1-up, 1-down = two more than current.

You won't be double upgrading in week 2 of scenario 1 because there will be rookies on the bubble who need to come in (Keays/Petracca etc)

RD 7 score: 2170

overall rank: 4997

shaw,gibbo,houli,adams,DBJ,dea(LAIRD,O.mcdonald)

dangerfield,parker,pendles,mitchell,ablett,libba,mills,b.kennedy(davis,J.smith,dunkley)

gawn,goldy(wyatt)

dusty,franklin,zerrett,wells,kerridge,petracca(brown,menadue)

scored decent even with parker as captain.

trades this week include.

kerridge>keays

mills>ward

leaves me with 10K.

Asparagus

I would move Bennedy on before Kerridge.
I reckon he is a touch more consistent.
Nice team and great overall position

Have a look at my team if you get time mate.

Cheers

Ringo

Agree with Asparagus here would move Bennedy before Kerridge.

Other alternative is Dea forward Dea to Petracca and Mills to Ward.  Think Dea has hit ceiling with B/e close to his average

Ringo

sorry sammy did not see.

Dea to Keays via brown and Menadue.  Does that work for you.
