well scored okay this week but geez no help from some rookies. mitchell as captain didn't work either

score= 2253

overall rank= 5716

gibson,laird,R.murphy,weitering,dea,adams(O.mcdonald,brown)

danger,fyfe,ablett,pendles,S.mitchell,libba,crouch,mills(petracca,davis,dunkley)

goldy,gawn(wyatt)

dusty,Z.merrett,wellz,bennedy,kerridge,papley(menadue,tippaMC)

so have about $9,000 in the kitty.

will probs have to trade murphy. and looking at offloading O.mcdonald as well.

so maybe

O.mcdonald>ruggles

murphy>houli

Ringo

Just remember with Houli he slipped a little last year during Ramadan with his beliefs so watch.

Sound trades though,

yeah with those trades im about 6K short off getting shaw

sammy123

with crouch being out i have worked out a few trade options.

Option A: crouch>parish and murphy>houli

Option B: murphy> A.hall via dpp and crouch>parish. leaves me with 2 premium defenders and 3 premo fwds.

Option C: murphy>ruggles and crouch>gray/parker. leaves me with 6 mid premos. and 2 fwd and 2 defender premos

thoughts guys

Ringo

So Basically it comes down to this who do you think will average the most from here

Hall or Gray or Parker  Gray is the most expensive and is up and down but reasonably consistent. Hall has really jumped out and you have seen the comments in the thread and Parker seems to be the main Sydney Mid at the moment but will it continue when Sydney start to meet the upper teams.

So I would go Option B

sammy123

thanks ringo. appreciate the input

MC

I'd go with option A. Having only the two defender premiums seems very short. I understand they've started well, but rookies are unpredictable by nature. Houli looking like he's relishing the new game style as well. Not sure whether you've already missed the boat on Parish though. He's at 260k already, meaning he takes another 5-6 weeks to make 100k IF he continues with the 83s.

Also take into account which upgrade on w/e line throws the weakest scoring rookie to the bench...these r extra points also.

But this is offset by another (former) bench rookie going onto the field elsewhere...

Of course but you determine which rookie will come on field...is he stronger than the rookie you are fielding in another position?
not all rookies are the same, it's a judgment call but non the less it is to be factored in.

If you are running multiply loopholes it can give u a really good shot at getting a better rookies score.

an running a few loopholes this week.

hoping a mid rookie pops up soon. as im worried about mills. he seems to have just dropped a bit

Ringo

Jayden Short is on the bubble but just concerned about his js. Will make $130k going Mills to short if you need cash for upgrades next week.

AaronKirk

You are going to have to trade both Bob and Crouch out this week.

Option A is the sensible option. Parish has cash to make and Houli going very well.

Option B is a riskier option as it leaves your defense a little exposed but is the better point scoring option.

yeah option B would leave the defence as

laird,gibbo,adams,weitering,dea,MCtippa(brown,O.mcdonald)

Comes down to risk v reward. Obviously there is a risk with option B this week but long term there are more points with option B
