So, is anyone keeping both Quiney and Pieterson for the final round and if not which one are you trading?

I may hedge my bets and trade KP in one comp and Quiney in the other

Yeah I tempted to turn one of them into McCullum

In SC I really want Steketee but have Hilfey, Boland, Tye and Narine so not sure who to bench for him!
I already have McCullum but thinking I should spread my batsmen across multiple teams given no DGW rather than having 2 from the Stars.

I traded Skeketee out for Boland last week for his DGW. Thinking of doing the reverse trade this week ;)

Laughlin is another option as a POD, ave is only 2 ppg less

But I have Hodge on the bench and want to see how he goes tonight so I'll probably sit on my trades and reassess tomorrow :)

Sitting on trades in BBL - Have Weatherald who is on bench and Lawford for loophole due to last weeks stuff up. Will hold off trading till game 2 of round.

In Official
Traded Weatherald for Gotch
Henriques for Marcus Harris
Johnson for Tye,

Ringo

Sydney Thunder: Patterson, Vince, Watson, Rohrer, Gibson, Brathwaite, Nair, Lenton, Green, McKay, Ahmed

Adelaide Strikers: Ludeman, Dunk, Hodge, Pollard, Lehmann, Dean, Carey, Neser, Sodhi, Laughlin, O'Connor.
No Weatherald so trades now to be done.

Thunder have won toss and will bowl.

I usually know VC loophole back to front but I've confused myself, I've got Weatherald locked on the bench after not playing, if i trade Harris who's also on my bench to someone that doesn't play, then put that player on field with the C and bench Finch, does it work?

Yep, had a hard time figuring this one out myself but I arrived at the verdict that it works.

Dunk, Pollard and Watson VC great start

+ Sodhi for me. 8)

All downhill from here now though haha.

Dunk VC + Sodhi on the bench, I've traded in and captained some 42k Sydney Sixers bowler who won't play (Chibber?)

So, 409/2 (C)

Will likely trade:
White --> Mccallum
Short --> Christian

Leaving me with Finch, Pieterson, Mccallum, Quiney, Abbott, Christian, Narine, Tye, Cutting :D

Who do you have remaining Ada? Best possible start one would think.

McCullum, Bailey, KP, SMarsh/Quiney/Wright (haven't decided who to field yet), Narine, Perera and Botha.

Haven't made any trades yet though. Will probably grab Finchy for Quiney/Wright and bring Christian back at this stage.

Feel like I have to play SMarsh since I've held him through all of his shower and he needs to repay me. :P Plus he's well overdue for some runs and will be a bit of a POD too with most probably jumping off him.

Here are the teams:

McCullum and Buchanan replace Reardon and Mills in the Heat line-up: McCullum (c), Peirson, Heazlett, Ross, Burns, Labuschagne, Cutting, Wildermuth, Buchanan, Steketee, Swepson

Wicketkeeper Andrew Harriott makes his senior-level debut and comes in for the injured Peter Nevill. The rest of the line-up remains the same for the Renegades: Finch (c), Harris, White, Cooper, Ferguson, Perera, Narine, Harriott, Pattinson, Rimmington, Hogg

Heat have won toss and will bowl

Glad I put Finchy as captain
I took Dunks 101 in SC and Had McCullum as C in Official
674 in SC with 4 to come
735 in official with 4 to come (Hoggs 51 on pine)
