Nige

I'm a genius and left KP on the field with Weatherald on the bench. Classic Nige move.

Pollard (74)*

Bravo, Marsh and Marsh to play.

Definitely nailed some big ones, but have also missed out on some monsters. No Henriques for one, plus no Weatherald in SC and Patterson over Gibson/Hughes/any other cheap bat that went silly.

Looks like Sanga has to go #weatherald

Dunk over Haddin on field not looking too bad either. 8)
Spewing I played Haddin over Dunk so seeing that 100 sitting on the pine is really hurting compared to Haddins 24. MCCallums 74 on the pine compared to Pattersons 8 also looks sick.

I'd trade our SMarsh ele, don't think he's going to play the first game. A few days ago I read that Johnson was only 50/50 too but since then Paris has gone done so he should play now. Squad will be released today so you'll know soon for sure about those players :)

My teams:
Official: 579 with 10 to play
SC: 622 with 10 to play

Seems to be around the mark. Obviouly lots changes over the coming days with everyone playing again. Captain Head in both teams needs to stand up!

For those that may have missed it:
http://www.melbournerenegades.com.au/news/match-preview-melbourne-renegades-sydney-thunder-bbl-06-etihad-stadium/2016-12-21
Melbourne Renegades: Aaron Finch (C), Dwayne Bravo, Tom Cooper, Xavier Doherty, Callum Ferguson, Marcus Harris, Brad Hogg, Sunil Narine, Peter Nevill, Nathan Rimmington, Matt Short, Chris Tremain, Cameron White
My guess here is Matt Short 12th man (because he is forced to be by the rules), and Xavier Doherty obviously misses no chance they play 3 spinners

Sydney Thunder: Ben Rohrer (c), Fawad Ahmed, Pat Cummins, Jake Doran, Ryan Gibson, Chris Green, Clint McKay, Eoin Morgan, Arjun Nair, Kurtis Patterson, Andre Russell, Gurinder Sandhu, Kerrod White
White, Nair IN, Blizzard, Lenton OUT. Thunder will probably go unchanged, if Nair comes in it'll be for Ahmed so strengthen the batting

And just released, for tomorrow's game:
Adelaide Strikers: Hodge (c), Dunk (wk), Head, Jordan, Laughlin, Lehmann, Neser, O'Connor, Pollard, Richardson, Smith, Stanlake, Weatherald
Stanlake IN, Agar OUT. Stanlake for O'Connor is possible considering the game is at the WACA, no space for Kelvin Smith after Weatherald's star performance

Hopefully Liam O'Connor holds his spot, other than his final over I thought he bowled quite nicely last night. Fingers crossed.

Backfired me thinks by selecting all DGW Players but there is a second chance.

3 trades definitely this week.

Renegades are as I said above. Thunder dropped Sandhu for Nair, probably a good move tbh.

Carm on Scorchers. Rlease your squad already. If Shaun Marsh doesn't get up I'm swapping him for Finchy or White.

Not in the squad.

Perth Scorchers squad: Adam Voges (c), Ashton Agar, Cameron Bancroft, Ian Bell, Mitchell Johnson, Michael Klinger, Mitchell Marsh, Jhye Richardson, Ashton Turner, Andrew Tye, Cameron Valente, Sam Whiteman, David Willey
I'm expecting Bancroft to miss, then either Richardson or Valente (the latter has to be in the 12 due to being an injury replacement player)

And for the other game:
Hobart Hurricanes: Tim Paine (c), D'Arcy Short, Kumar Sangakkara, Dominic Michael, George Bailey, Dan Christian, Hamish Kingston, Shaun Tait, Cameron Boyce, Stuart Broad, Clive Rose, Beau Webster, Jonathon Wells
Wells and Rose miss to me, Short might open!

Sydney Sixers: Moises Henriques (c), Sean Abbott, Sam Billings, Doug Bollinger, Johan Botha, Harry Conway, Ben Dwarshuis, Brad Haddin, Daniel Hughes, Joe Mennie, Stephen O’Keefe, Jason Roy, Jordan Silk
Seeing as they won, probably Silk and Conway sit out and they go unchanged

Thanks mate, gotta flick him I think and grab him further down the track (such a good T20 bat at this level).

Despite having the week off next week... Finchy it is I reckon!
