Yes they are. Bottom right tab on tablet devices.

Reverse Trades is available - Assuming it is the same as SC in that trades can not be reversed after start of Round,  Can not find that in rules, But you can trade right through as it is rolling lock outs.

Confirming Trades locked at first game and can not be reversed. Just had a play.
