I can't believe the guy who is likely to go top 3 this year in the ruck never gets a mention.  Blizzzz
Why is he likely to be top 3? Goldy, Nicnat, Stef I'd have as favourites. Gawn, Sandi, Sauce next three. Then maybe Blicavs.
Not likely to be top 3 IMO either. See him as 5-8th

with his fitness he will benefit with the new interchange cap
I've seen this a fair bit. It's going to benefit a lot of good runners but it's not going to be that significant. Plus he may be a great runner but i'd like to see how he goes gut running against some of the better mids in the comp.

Look up the game vs Collingwood last season. Tagged Pendles and still scored 107.

He has the ability to run with and hurt them the other away?

But does his "elite running" give him an advantage over these mids because the cap has changed?? The elite mids will also benefit

RaisyDaisy

He averaged 104 last year

I cannot see him pushing Goldy, Mummy, NN and Martin in terms of average

Durability though he would be ahead of most

supercoachhelp

who would everyone pick out of gawn and martin

Spite

Anyone reckon NN could average more the Martin??

Probably around the same

Spotted gum

As a cats fan I think the reason he scored well as a tagged was the face the best players he's was tagging took him where the footy was. Think he's great but as a SuperCoach ruck won't be relevant at the price he's at. As specially knowing he won't be getting ruck points any more.

Has everyone gone off Leuey?

Did pretty well in a VFL practice match the other day and is just so cheap. Having him and Goldy in rucks lets me run a bit deeper in the mids to help with the lack of rookies

Major durability concern.

On a related note, Currie at R2 makes my team look goooooooooood :(

If 2 Rookie Rucks are named round 1 that you're confident will get play the 1st 6 rounds ... would you consider rotating them as R2/R3 until you figure out the best R2 to upgrade too?

Yep...I made a cracking team with currie at r2...but wouldn't start with that team unless he was gold coasts sole ruck

Problem is you likely wouldnt be able to upgrade to them after the first six rounds. Assuming its Goldy and two rookies. You'd be looking at 600k+ for the best of Nic Nat, Mummy, Gawn, Jacobs and you likely wont be able to afford that at round till much later.
