Just remember though today was the first hit out for Stef as a result of last weeks wash out. Still expect a decent SC score though when they become available.

Stef 118 dt 88sc
Mummy 68dt 110sc

Hence why I will not be picking Martin, relies on getting touches and when his efficiency is down he scores showere
Interesting...
Goldy 83 DT and 129 sc as well.

look at goldy game time. the man normally plays 90%+ every week. he was like 75%. this was a 150 game

what are peoples thoughts on sinclair at R2? Think he has potential to increase by 10ppg and maybe an upgrade to nic nat/mumy/martin?
Thinking about it.

Dropping Martin to Sinclair allows rookie upgrades of Broad/Mathieson to Weitering/Oliver.

EDIT: Goldy/Martin just look so right...

Over in the supercoach team advice i have seen a few teams running a two premo ruck lineup without Goldy
eg. Martin/NicNat or Sauce/Gawn etc.

I was considering it earlier but then thought, how could you go through the entire season without getting him into the lineup unless of course you waste a trade doing a sideways. With not many good mid price ruck options (luey-injury prone, lobbe-hasnt shown anything in NAB) you kind of have to go 2 premo.

The question i have is, is it worth using a trade down the track in order to save the extra 120k now or are people just planning on leaving their rucks without Goldy?

I'd say nearly everyone not starting Goldy but starting two other elite rucks just won't get Goldy at all

They might think they will, but if they have Martin Gawn for example and they both average close to 110 an Goldy is going 115+ the reality is you wouldn't make that trade, especially when you have the rest of your team to upgrade and finish first

It would be a pure luxury, and one that most won't be able to do

^This.

Waste of a trade if you start with 2 premo rucks and 1 isn't Goldy, and you plan on getting Goldy.

Cheers guys.
Seems a bit of a risk cause if goldy goes 125 like last year and the others 110 you lose 15ppg

But the extra $120k could earn you more than 15ppg elsewhere. Its a balancing act and only time will reveal the best option.

Lol doc, you could buy the herald sun

There's graphs n stuff in the article. I'm on my phone currently so no chance I'm cutting it all

Just showing nab stats for the rucks, how points are scored etc

Edit. Onya Grazzy

mark44

Currie features in those stats a bit, the guy could be a number 1 ruck easy, surely gotta have him at ruck3?

Ringo

Martin is missing though because he only played the one game.
