Yeah that is the issue with him ... I like him but definitely one I'll watch closely

Bell will always have his quiet games, often when his team gets well beaten, it happened with the Blues and I dare say it will probably happen a few times again this year at the Lions

i think Brisbane with the new interchange cap will rotate players forward pretty often they have so many mid/fwds if someone starts getting tagged will also send them forward etc

so they will all get time in the midfield imo

I'm jumping on at this stage, looks pretty good out there today.. Only question for me is can he be a top 8 forward?

You're literally gonna jump on someone on the basis of half a nab challenge game that doesn't include the oppositions best midfielders or his own best midfield teammates?

I wouldn't either based on today. Have under watch though but his d/e today has been shocking. Although has improved since half time.

But last year with the finish no Beams, No Redden so these come back in as well. Beams and whoever replaces Redden as well.

Unless Robbo replaces Redden. I think Bell plays as a HFF all year like he did at Carlton (playing that role today) and he can push up to the contest and work as an extra mid, Robbo is then free to help out Rocky and Beams at the contest.

Also a 75% DE for Robbo on a windy ground is pretty for him. He hasn't blazed away that much from the contest other then maybe the first 5 minutes of the game.

Rockliff, beams, rich, Zorko, Christensen, Hanley to come back in. Mitch Robinsons midfield time all of a sudden plummets. See how we goes in nab 3. The amount of knee jerks I'm seeing is incredible.

yep they were all playing last year and he did pretty well! im seriously thinking about it as he is starting to mature!

Looked good today and he has a full sleeve now but no he can't be top 8 and there a genuine mids in that price range so I'm looking elsewhere.
