Sometimes the best way to be unique is not to have any.  I'd be happy to share first prize with 20 of you guys.

that or the best unique is not to have a common guy who fails.

those who didnt start ablett last year would have gone well.

Sabretooth Tigers

 ;)

Taking a POD as being less than 10% of coaches choice in SC Gold I currently have :-

Mumford   8.24     R Gray  7.18     K Tippett  4.50     T McDonald  4.34     S Docherty  3.44     J WESTHOFF  0.73 %

I like all 6 as being a big chance of being keepers or 1 trade stepping stones.  ATM.               :)

Probably not unique amongst FF as I have 4 of them.   ;)

I would say a genuine Pod is  < 5%

We have good taste then Ringo. Really wrapped in Westy as I see him killing it early. Toying, even at this very early stage, with Gazza vc in to either R Gray or Westy as captain for Rd.1.  Cheers mate.      ;)

Amazed at how few have picked Dochers. He's an absolute gun, I love him and really think he'll at least hold his average, and likely to increase.

My issue is that D3 spot, BIRCH is a solid D2 but Bartel/KK/Simmo/Yeo are all considered for D3, I could even go for TMac who's that little bit more expensive, but he's a much riskier pick at the price.

Put simmo at the top of your list. The bloke doesn't miss games and has pumped out 90+ 7 years in a row. Safe as houses

I am basically waiting to see if Simmo moves to the wing through the pre-season. If he does he is 100% locked in from the start, if he is at HB I might just stick cheap.

Agree, sometime the best unique is in not having a popular pick.

Im very much considering no mid pricers in my midfield this year being a big POD this year. Could backfire, but may go unique that way, no libba, crouch omeara. Mid of something like Fyfe, Pendles, Gray, GAJ, Rocky, Mills, Hooper, Petracca. And thee other bench rookies to rotate with those last 3 based who is look good. Kerridge and Wells at F5/6 so can use Petracca for DPP. Pendles, gaj, rocky all locked at this stage. Then it would be 2 of Fyfe, Hanneberry, Sloane, Shiel, Gray

Matty Boyd plays his first 8 games under the roof. He'll be averaging 120 and you guys won't be able to afford him. Some will shell out the cash and he'll go on to pump out an average of 90 (season average of 100.9) from then on but the train would have sailed.

So you want to start him and then cash out after he leaves Melbourne in Round 9?

Both funnily and stupidly enough, this was my plan after looking at the draw... upgrade (or possibly downgrade after round 9) to Heater Shaw :o

Might not be the worst idea, any other Doggies score particularly well under the roof?

RaisyDaisy

Boyd will do an old man calf and miss games :P

Spotted gum

Marley Williams? Like players at about that 60 game range. Great user of the footy and is ultra consistent. Any love?
