I reckon Zerret will become a 100+ and Goddard could also turn into a GAZ for the team obviously not as big a scorer but he'll be the one guy that will be a leader for them.

The question now is whether Essendon will be competitive enough to get their remaining guns to score enough points to be of any value?
You look at Melbourne, stkilda, Carlton over the last couple of years when they've been down the bottom they've only had one or two players who have been good enough to be semi elite.

They're more than likely going to be beaten by 50+ each week and I'd say that would mean 60-65% of allocated will be given to non Essendon players meaning 25-30 disposal games from Don players may only be awarded 85-100pts as most of their touches will come after q1 or half time and they'll just be junk time stats which aren't worth as much.

The other issue is that when teams are getting thumped every week there are often a lot of changes made week to week and the few remaining guns in the side are likely to go through form slumps that stand out more when you're losing and force change.
I know the circumstances are different but Essendon will already have their eye to 2017 and trying to rotate as many players as they can through the team to see who's worthy for 2017

The interesting point will be if Supercoach will now re-price the Essendon players and eliminate the banned players completely? So could they bump up Brown's price knowing he's a lock? Will they adjust elevated rookie prices?

Why would they bring them in at a premium? They'd price them at how they perform in SC... When GWS came in we had a team full of guys that we could basically pick up at rookie prices... How many people jumped on James McDonald for 117k or whatever he was (maybe 123, whatever it was rookie price)? I don't see why they would change it now, no-one is advantaged or disadvantaged, we all have the same players to pick from and salary cap to work with, still have to pick the right ones...
