Keeping on the Brisbane theme, Would love to hear your thoughts on Tom Bell and what sort of role he will play next year.

Ringo

Will let GL do the review but can see him playing half forward for us if that is what you are after, With our quality mids can not see him playing a pure mid role.

Is Jack Billings and Dane Rampe a possibility?

I think the latter showed he could assume the Malceski role (esp. in the QF against the Roos where his counters through the midfield were the only score of goals for the Swans)

Cheers  :)

Yeah I'll have a look at them tomorrow hopefully, but if someone wants to do one on Rampe that might be better seeing as I never watch Swans games haha

Cheers mate  :)

Yeah I agree with Rampe (really need a Swans supporter). From what I've seen statistically, he rack up +30 disposals when he plays as 'the loose man down back'. However, when he plays a lock-down role (which is around 60-75% of the time) he scores anywhere between 40 and 100 depending on how many time he gets to rebound during the game (has premium potential but for that to ever eventuate Longmire needs to stop playing him in a shut-down role - and that is unlikely because he is very effective, along with Nick Smith, as a lock-down defender).

Regarding Rampe, I have a hunch that the recruitment of Michael Talia might have been so that Longmire could free Rampe up (well I'm hoping it is  ;) )

Hey Ringo,

Could you by any chance do a review of Matt Lobbe now that Ryder is ineligible to compete this year. Cheers mate.

GoLions

I might be able to do Rampe and Lobbe on Friday/Saturday, internet has been shower most of today and busy tomorrow
