I'm locking this guy in absolutely.

His average dropped 8 points last year and was still the second overall scorer in the comp. I think the Pies had a hard run in 2015 with some injuries and Beams leaving, but with the arrival of Treloar, a fit Greenwood and another preseason in the legs of Adams and Crisp he has the support to get his average back up to 120+

There's a lot of midfield bargains, but there is just no risk at all with Pendlebury, you know what you're going to get!

Support you say? The way i look at it, is there is more blokes up and firing to take his points!

umm he went 130 when Swan and Beams were super premos.

swans still there....

Difference now is:

Out: Beams

In: Greenwood, Adams, Trealor, Crisp, plus a Sidebottom who scores as a strong premo...

You do the math.

This is said whenever a big player moves clubs, but has it actually ever happened? I want to see some evidence of it happening. I see how it theoretically should happen, but it just doesn't seem to work that way.

Let's be honest, Greenwood isn't going to be pulling super-premo numbers. Neither is Crisp/Adams etc.

Collingwood's elite scorer's will be:
Pendles, Treloar & (maybe) Sidebottom. That's it. Swan is on his way out unfortunately, he won't be at 110+ again.

I picked Pendles @ #1 in my draft league last year over Ablett and copped it from my mates early, only two I was disappointed not to have were Fyfe & Goldy.

Gun. Underpriced. Locked.

Adams.... you cant be serious. will average 100+ no doubt!

Underpriced is the funniest bit of this....

I would of laughed at you to... Rocky and Ablett would of both averaged more... How were they to know Ablett and Rockliff would both have injury affected seasons?

You got lucky... thats all there is to it, there was no genius in that selection.

Even with all the bargains going around in the mids I'll be trying my absolute best to start him

Could even be somewhat of a POD  :o

Started Pendles every year apart from two years ago where he pulled a 180 in Round 2 and made me regret that decision so so much

However I still don't know..

Funnily enough, last year he averaged 111 DT points for a 116 sc average, year before went 108 DT for 124 sc, efficiency down potentially?

I think that's a poor comment - Ablett was always coming off a season ending injury and little preseason, so was a reasonable chance to underperform for either reason, while Rockliff's scoring history isn't quite in the same league as Pendlebury's yet either.

You're entitled to your opinion, but to call another ones comment poor is bemusing. Ablett had 8 months to get that shoulder right, so your statement is laughable at best! Rockliff fit, is a better scorer than pendles fit in THIS day. So good on you fool.

Let's take a step back Noto.
You're calling people fools who rank Top 1k regularly.
Have an opinion but criticising others is not on.

But i wont sit back and let some dead beat call an opinion of mine poor.

My big call - Pendles to not be a top 10 averaging mid
