I reckon I could find a spot for Jobe Watson in the XV.

Ah. Knew some one would slip through the cracks...

Well, Christchurchs' average goes up 11, and into 4th place. I can't be arsed changing the OP though :P

Purp a genius, predicting watson to be out.

You could say we're failing to live up to expectations.

D: Matthew Boyd (104/101), Jarrad McVeigh (101/83), Sam Gilbert (81/67), Sean Dempster (79/59)
M: Sam Mitchell (109/99), Hamish Hartlett (101/79), Ryan Griffen (91/97*(79)), Koby Stevens (87/89*(80))
R: Aaron Sandilands (108/68)
F: Leigh Montagna (111/100), Luke Breust (83/85), Jake Stringer (79/78), Tory Dickson (77/65)
U: Shaun McKernan (84/36), Bryce Gibbs (82/104)
CAPTAIN: Leigh Montagna (222/200)

Even if Gibbs replaces Montagna as captain it's still 222 down to 208.

The loss of McKernan is offset by Ben Reid (84) but the horror in the backline cannot be covered.

The midfield is no better, significant losses there except for the guys who have missed at least half the season in Stevens and Griffen. Have used Joey to cover one and had to play 60 ave players (Garlett, Ellis, Langford, Steele) forward to cover him, and used Blakely (70) in one of the other spots. So really it's been 6@97 + 6@60 for a 79 average from M3 (91/79) and 6@89 + 6@70 for an average of 80 at M4 (87/80). Zorko's 113 up forward instead of the 79 from M3 would be nice.

We're getting 65 points from Cox/Roughead in the ruck, not 108.

None of our F4's that we've played have been any better than Dickson's 65's, in fact most have been worse when selected. Toby Mac started well but dropped off before injury.

Not even Jobe could help this mess.

Yeah... I'm not going to be in the top 5 either  :-X

Geez Hartlett is a big drop off, i knew he was doing bad but not that bad.

Hellopplz

Please trade us Hartlett, we promise to revive his career meowtwo ;).

We're coming back to your predictions Purps! Probably not scoring at that average and a few drop offs from there, then a few unexpected risers haha.

Memphistopheles

The awkward moment when the biggest prediction you got wrong is the performance of your own team Purps...

You were fair close with us but as I thought we've done a bit better than predicted here.

:(

At the time I thought Fyfe, Hibberd and Michael Johnson would play more games than they'll miss, and that Brad Crouch wouldn't be having this kinda form  :(

Ricochet

Well now.... its a bit more interesting now

Who makes finals from here??

Purple 77

PNL, New York and Buenos Aires just gotta win one more match IMO to make the finals.

I like Seoul's chances too.

The final spot... I'd say it will be the winner of Beijing & NDT in Round 17  :o
