Pick A Spud Match Day Game 2017

Welcome back to Pick A Spud where the object is to do as badly as possible! Think you know your spuds then give it a go. You are free to enter the competition at any time throughout the season.

Rules

1) Each week I will pick one game for the round and the players must be selected from those two teams.

2) Choose 2 backs, 2 mids, 1 ruck and 2 forwards who you think will score the worst for the game. The team with the lowest fantasy score for the round wins!

3) Instead of the captain getting double points like in AF/DT, in this game he gets half points.

4) If you have a player who doesn't play for any reason then you receive the highest score in that position as a penalty. The same penalty applies if you pick a player in the wrong position or pick the same player twice.

5) The 4 coaches who have the most weekly wins for the year will play off in the semis/grand final. If two players are tied on wins then the lowest cumulative score will go through to the finals.

6) In the event of a tie, the first person to submit their team will be deemed the winner.
