Well played to those who started him, I brought him in two weeks ago myself, he just racks it up and it doesn't seem to hurt Simpson's output either.

Well played to those who started him, I brought him in two weeks ago myself, he just racks it up and it doesn't seem to hurt Simpson's output either.

Didn't start with him but after watching him R1 i brought him in R2.

I'm really not sold on Boyd.

His first 4 games where 96,74,78,86. His scores then went 120+ after murphy, jj, and then suckling and Adams went out.

I realise bob is not coming back but with suckling and Adams back this week and jj back at some point I do wonder if his scores will drop back into 80's and 90's. 90+ average is likely from here on but his price is way overs if he doesn't maintain 110+

I know it's only one game but funny how he has dropped back into the 80's as soon as some players start coming back (namely suckling). He is a great player and will be in the top 8-10 defenders for the year but I think he is way over priced at the moment.

Starting to come to the realisation that I may never be able to afford Docherty

Looking at possibly grabbing Pittard or McVeigh this week. 9 out 10 games Pittard has scored well so I think he can be a very good D6 at worst

Yeah he popped up at a difficult time, looks ridiculously good!

I considered him too but wanted to wait on Rance or Laird. Considering I'll pick them up for sub $500k it's not too bad

Im not too annoyed because I was able to get in Deledio, Martin and Zorko over the last three weeks which has saved me from some shower forward rookie scores i.e. Petracca, Bken, brown and my rookie backs are still averaging 80s in that period

And Adams. Having said that I'll probably get Rance/Bartel. I'll wait another week or two to see how Mcveigh goes..

Need to decide which one of McVeigh or Laird to grab this week.  Thinking McVeigh.  Laird still has a high B/e of 117 and will probably fall another 10/20k whereas McVeigh has A B/e of 79 and only once has this not been achieved, McVeigh is also 48k cheaper.  So Think all being well will settle on McVeigh with hopefully getting Laird when he bottoms out in a couple of weeks.
Will give a completed defence of Shaw, Docherty, Simpson, Bartel, Laird, McVeigh (Walla, Brand/Ruggles)

I can grab Doc and finish off my defense but it leaves me with 6k. I am pretty tempted. It means my backline will be Shaw, Doc, Simmo, Boyd, Bartel and Brodie Smith.
