How do we feel about Trengove? New role, lots of internal praise, potential to average 85-95 from here on out… and with a BE of -3 he is set to rise $35k this week

Currently $326k… you could actually downgrade to a potential D6 keeper

Haven't seen much interest in him, but that's probably for a good reason.  But he still is an intriguing prospect, because even though he has been destroyed in the tap numbers in the last couple of weeks, he has still managed to get plenty of the ball, and there is really no-one that could come in and replace him in the foreseeable future.

Would be a very big call to get him in. IF he can maintain his 'form' of the last two games it would be a great pick, since 85+ is almost premium as far as defenders go. Potential to be a season defining trade.

I remember a couple of years ago when Leuenberger went down and some spud called Stefan Martin (~240k) came in as Brisbane's last available ruck option, right on the cusp of being delisted. He wasn't much of a tap ruckman, but his 112 average over the last 12 games was pretty handy in the forwards.

Exactly what I was thinking re: Stef Martin...

Sure he's not winning the HOTA (or HO at all) but he's still getting a lot of the pill.

vs Brisbane - 26 disposals (13 clearances)
vs Carlton - 20 disposals (5 clearances)

Im not sold, Port dont have it so easy from here on in

Bailey Williams, Hipwood and Collins all named this week. Think I'll let Brand slide. MacPherson is the main priority this week and got the cash for an upgrade. Adams out and unless I trade I cop a doughnut. Docherty v McVeigh probably my best 2 options. Docherty is who'll I'll probably get... McVeigh needs to score a big one to convince me still that he'll be worth it this year. Got a nagging doubt about his interrupted pre season and how it will translate into good scoring still. Yet to go 100+ in 2016.

Just had a dream that docherty was the second lowest SC score for carlton midway through the 3rd.

Thats how much this week has affected me

This kind of inside info. is what my team needs.  I will avoid getting him this week.

these are the premos I have traded in this year and their scores in my team. Parker ruining perfect 100s

Martin 118 = 118 average
Dahl 113 107 = 110 average
Shaw 143 102 143 = 129 average
Pendles 100 143 157 = 133 average
Hanners 129 114 136 111 138 = 126 average
Parker 129 92 129 151 89 75   = 111 average

Dochers and Sloane in this week with the golden touch.

nah should be fine. non KPP defenders have a history of scoring well on North.

Dea 88 Baguley 120 Kelly 82 last week
Gilbert 97 Savage 98 Fisher 79 the week before.

Trading Houli for one of Doc, Gibson or Bartel. Unsure who to pick?
Defence is already pretty solid with Shaw, Boyd, Laird and Simmo. Rance or McVeigh will probably be my final defender just waiting for the price drop. Thoughts would be appreciated.

Docherty/Bartel. I have Simmo too but am leaning towards Bartel.

want some opinions on a man named jeremy howe... last two games 108,135 dont stop reading there, in his first 4 games he scored 37, 53,86 and 55. I looked at his heat map for those games and it was all forward, then for his last two games bucks has finally realised where he plays good and it has all been down back and on the wings obviously running off half back. so a DEF/FWD swing aswell at 411k i think i have swayed my self from taking howe over gibbo this week.

i also traded in trengrove last week and got repayed with an 81 after a 44 point first qtr, so if he gives me those sort of performances i will take them and you could say it was a viable pick
