Smith v Sheridan is my question.
Just quickly checked sheridans numbers from last year. Looks like a player who gets his 20+ touches and scores consistently around 80. I think its his year, surprised by lack of talk about him.

Does any1 trust smith. Is sheridan as a D3 too risky. Im thinking i can always get smith if sheridan doesn't work out.

LordSneeze

Theres been heaps of talk about sheridan. Too hyped up imo

Sam Gilbert anyone ? Named on ball ... Has tempted me all preseason
Where people are named means nothing

Usually id agree but not in this case...highly unlikely for Gilbert to be named as a follower...the preseason mid training/talk is looking likely, its just that awful run of games over 3 years that has me concerned, i was looking at him in the preseason but i can't ignore that game count.

Anyone think JJ can take it to the next level?

Too hard to tell with the dogs. JJ, Murphy, Suckling, Wood and Boyd can all rebound and run from defense or on the wing. I find it hard to seperate any of them as a keeper from the others.

Well they'll be the top 5 defenders so they're all keepers.

almonds

I reckon JJ is a good player just unsure wheather he can go from averaging 77 to a 90+, certaintly tempting me

jfitty

Next year will be the year to pick JJ I reckon. Murphy and Boyd are still the main guys out of defence, but he'll be next in line

What are people's thoughts on Nathan Wilson from GWS all his nab scores were in between 70-80 which is pretty good for a 277k player. I'm considering at D3 and was wondering everyone's thoughts.

Mate I wish I had the balls to go with him! Reckon he could be a real break out this year ... Shaw gets tagged this guy plays loose rebounder ... Lookout

It's either Wilson or Lemmens for me but I just think that Lemmens is more likely to have those below 50 games

I've gone safe and used my spare change to upgrade to Brodie Smith,

Marcos83

Lemmens is risky as is wilson.
Harwood at least has shown that he is capable of those 80 numbers. The others not so much. Good that you upgraded.

Im seriously considering downgrading smith to sheridan but we will see.

Another guy to consider that is risky but could breakout is McDonald from North. My dad is a huge north fan and he has him in his supercoach side.

I wonder if you blokes rate Bartel as highly as Laird or not.

Stuck between these two, but to get Laird back in I have to go McCarthy--->McGovern. Don't know if that's worth it.
