I'm fielding Dea, Brown and Hartley because they all have solid JS, should score well enough for their prices and make good money

Adams at D8 with Tippa at F8 gives me the flexibility to swing them around if need be essentially giving me both of them at D8 and F8

Currently have Broad at D7. I don't see how Yarran impacts him at all. They are completely different players

Broad has been playing the rebounding role, Yarran was recruited too play the rebounding role. Not suggesting both can't be squeezed in but I wouldn't be absolutely guaranteeing his JS, particularly given Conca has also been injured again. If named round 1, every match will be a watch and wait scenario, nothing has been settled in the backline and if the club loses matches there will be changes in the personnel.

As for Dea, not a bad selection, particularly if he gets a run on the ball but I still think Whitecross is a better choice if named.

I'm with you Raisy on GnR down back this year, there seems to be a wealth of cheap options, thanks particularly to the Essendon crew. Then you have WhiteX, Mullet, Young Dogs, Broad, Weitering, im sure there's others ive missed to.

RaisyDaisy

Yeah, well it will be one of Dea or WhiteX. Just gone with Dea for now because WhiteX has questionable JS

As for Broad, I'll back him in if he plays rd1, or I'm sure another rookie or 2 might present themselves this weekend

Adams at D8 is locked with Tippa at F8. Collins hasn't got a run today, so Adams is more or less a sure thing to play rd1 - hopefully he does enough to hold off Collins from taking his spot

What's everyone doing with KK after missing with a calf injury?

KK to JJ

Ringo

Have never had him in my team so not an issue.  Still undecided between Bartel, Enright or Laird for D2. Have Rance at D1

What about Trent McKenzie anyone?

Previously averaged 80, priced at 60-ish... can he get back there? Loves to kick it. Any insight into the drop in SC points last year?

NAB thus far

NAB #1 - didn't play
NAB #2 - 171 points (25 possessions, 80% TOG... no KK or Eksi
NAB #3 - 75 points (12 possessions, 65% TOG).... no KK but Eski played

Tempted, very tempted.  I had McKenzie when he had his breakout season and one thing that struck me was that he didn't need a swag of touches to push past 90. If he plays the rebounding role then I will strongly consider.

Yup, same here. I mentioned this last week that he could score an 80 off twelve touches because he uses the ball so well. I had him at D3 and Harwood at D4, I needed some cash to try something so I downgraded him to a rookie. I might have to reconsider once it gets closer to round 1

Gone cold on Sheridan after today  :-\

If I was going with a mid pricer McKenzie would probably be my guy, but I've decided to pass on all mid pricers

Same, got Simmo, Rance & Laird, but could switch the last two to Smith or Bartel or both closer to R1
