Peoples thoughts on Laird? Showing all the right signs during NAB so far....

I'm very keen and may pick him if I use a 2 premo forward line. 2015 was a model of consistency, from round 5 onwards he only had 2 scores under 80 (that also includes finals). With Jaensch retired Laird's role can only be more assured, he will also get a decent amount of midfield time. Good safe selection in my opinion.

Not seen Houli in many sides. Anyone think he can at least match last year?

I've locked him in, looked very good, but will depend on how the next NAB goes.

colmullet

yeah same, have him locked in at the moment

Big Mac

Due for a shower year though if you look at his scoring history  :P

Whats Sheridans role likely to be come Round 1? Looking to Freo supporters for this one? I really want to start a pod backman and given how hes played the last two NAB games i'm looking for a little more ammo before I lock and load..

I think it's either kaiser, or one of those white flour rolls. Freo fans, could you please confirm?

Yep, as soon as Jaensch retired, I've been considering him as one of my defensive premos. A lot more confident he can back up last season now

From watching the NAB match aswell both Smith and Seedsman played on the wing, Laird played the HBF role we saw last year.
Only good signs there and also telling me to stay well away from Smith.

Haha history would suggest so, however I think he's in his prime right now and helped a lot by the defence being really settled. He also loves the cheeky kick to himself and play on from a kick in which always racks up the stats haha

It sounds like you are talking about Rhyce Shaw

any POD options in defense? I don't know why but Sam Gilbert seems like he could be a good pick but way too risky

Jamie Macmillan could be a good POD, showed a bit last year
