I don't think the disc is actually ruptured... the disc is bulging, but it doesn't (sound like) it's actually herniated yet. You'd have to have surgery if it ruptured I'm pretty sure.

Still, that's a really serious flowering injury. No idea how you would treat it nonsurgically :/

Neither do I, alot of physio and ultra-sound maybe, no idea.

apparently just rest and physio can fix it up
