Profile Recognition Issue

Have an issue of cannot log into fanfooty to do things like access fanplanner despite multiple attempts to create account.
The main issue seems to come about as no e-mail confirmation is ever gotten to my end with two different e-mail addresses I use.
Create a profile but never seen an e-mail confirming it so I've never been able to log in after that first step.
I also tried treating it like forgotten password but that also does not find an e-mail in my inbox. These e-mails are not going to spam as checked there too. Just not getting any e-mails which means the whole process will not work for me.
Is there any chance someone can fix this at admin end.

A number of does ago I sent an e-mail to the contact us e-mail address and got no reply.
This is my latest attempt to seek assistance solving this issue.
Who can help me?
I can find on the site the profile name I created, I just cannot access it.

Send a PM to Hellopplz on the forum, but not sure if he has admin on the main site. I'll chuck him a message on Facebook as well.

HP can not help much either but he can escalate it too m0nty as he is the only one that can fix this type of issue.  So send all the details to him and he can look at IP addresses etc and then take it up with m0nty.
