I would definitely pass on Weller. I bleed purple and I can tell you his JS is sketchy at best, even if named RD1. Ross prefers experienced players as we know and there's simply not enough room for him. He will play games but he's going to be sharing the chances with Blakely and Langdon. Ross won't play two of these boys in one match unless injuries force the card. I haven't and will never choose a Freo rookie whilst Ross is at the helm.

Your suggestion of Weller to Menadue then Mcaffer to Oliver is an absolute no-brainer! Menadue has better JS than Wellar and Oliver should smoke Mcaffers ave. Good luck!

Overall Rank: 8,902
Trades: Will probably just tighten up some loose end with rookies, will likely go Maccaffer to Dunkley and potential McGovern to Papley, nothing else really needs to be sorted so I feel i can use these trades in this way. Was initially going to restructure and trade De Goey down and a back rook up to Sheridan but with Swan gone and Sidey suspended I feel extended mid minutes may come his way.

how long do you reckon papley will play, the swans have a few to come back in so the swans rookies could have a bit iffy JS, if you have him and the 2 other could be a bit swans rookie heavy when mcveigh and co come back

WhatMate

Yeh like above, JS for Hewett and Papely isnt amazing but that scoring output and cash theyre making looks great. Was considering bringing them both in for my side. Even if its only for a couple rounds and they make more money than some of the other rookies it could be worth it is what im thinking?

I think all rookies should be around for a significant price rise, McVeigh shouldn't effect Papley as he's a forward and Mills should have an extended stint in the side, Hewett could be iffy but if he keeps playing the way he did then it should be okay! Daniel Robinson should be the first on the chopping block if they need to make room!

Round 2
Score: 1,925
Round Rank: 5,128
Overall Rank: 2,607
Trades: First trade is locked Rockliff to Hunter, second in a little up in the air and i have three options

1: Simple trade Harwood to Hartley
2: Trade Barlow to Mid premo via Menadue (most likely Hannas)
3: Trade Barlow to Back premo via Adams (probably JJ or Simpson)

chief007

Barlow has to go he's bleeding cash big time, as crap as Harwood is going prob best to move on Barlow first to save loosing so much cash he has a be of 116

Round Rank: 13,947
Overall Rank: 2,693  >:(
Trades: Will do a double down for cash and so I don't miss out on fresh rooks, At this stage will go Harwood to Ruggles and then with some swift DPP Dunkley - Byrne. In the end will have to field one of the two but that doesnt really seem to be an issue

Trying to work out how youre gonna do that Dunkley to Byrne trade  :o

Aha Trade Dunkley, sub Menadue into the mids, then sub Tippa into the fwds, and you've got yourself a defender

Score: 1,819
Round Rank: 28,875
Overall Rank: 3,668  >:(
Trades: First trade this week will be Lonergan to Biggs, 138k in the banks means I can get that done without needing to downgrade. Second trade will then depend on Stef, if Stef is out, it will be him to Tippett leaving 90k, If he plays, it'll likely be Cameron to Wagner. This will leave me with 120k for a hopeful up/down next week

Round 5
Score: 1,975
Round Rank: 10,494
Overall Rank: 2,635
Trades: First trade will be getting rookie Josh Smith for Menadue for a quick cash grab, second I'm a bit stuck on and would love some thoughts, I want to get my backs stronger so will either go:
a) Cameron to Simpson
or
b) Cameron to Biggs

Money

c) Cameron to Bernie now a very strong option

wouldn't be too sure of smith, he haad  a good score but was pretty much a training drill will be interesting to see how he goes this week against the eagles, a few lions players such as mathieson or keays both been killing it in the neafl so could get the call up this week and possible  better JS
