DEF: H. Shaw, J. Bartel, R. Laird, B. Smith, J. Aish, M. Adams (M. Brown, M. Brown)
MID: T. Rockliff, J. Redden, G. Ablett jnr, T. Liberatore, B. Crouch, J. Anderson, B. Keays, N. Freeman (J. Jansen, A. Marcon)
RUC: S. Martin, M. Leuenberger (D. Currie, T. West)
FWD: L. Montagna, D. Martin, M. Barlow, C. Bird, B. Kennedy, J. Lamb (C. Petracca, L. Sumner)
CASH LEFT: $341,300

Lots of cash left over for the anticipated price rises of Ablett and the other mid pricers. I really like Craig Bird at his price and if he doesn't get the duty of run with roles I'll be locking him in. Aish should easily beat his average last year of just 53 so I think he makes a handy D5. I'm not sure how long Bartel will stay for, but will another lack of premos he gets a spot at the moment

Anyone have any comments on a Tom Mitchell vs Sidebottom? I feel Sidey is heavily underpriced and could push 108+ but will he spend a bit more time forward with all the young guns? And will Titch continue on his way to 110+ or will he struggle to reach those heights?

Football Factory

I cant ignore Titch after last year, unless he looks terrible in the nab, or has a role change, im going to start him. Sidebum could be good, has elite running capacity, this might help his scores with the new rotation policy? not sure what his role will be next year?

bangin team mate! Personally I seriously doubt Bartel will be worth it, definitely on the decline. Just a FYI Yeo is still in the rehab group. I have no idea what to expect from Smith tbh.
I prefer Titch to Sidey, but no doubting sidey is a solid option. Less risky then Titch probably, but also less pay off. Redden just resumed running today, in doubt for NAB 1. Macaffer is interesting? Any reason there?

Yeah I've jumped on and he's in my team at the moment, and exactly unless a role change I can't see him going below his average last year!

Cheers mate! I wasn't too sure on him either at first but taking out that best score last year and he still averages 95! I think he can get it done again, and even if it's 90 we didn't get many of those in the backs last year! I saw that actually, I'll have to keep a look out!
Aha yeah Redden is my boy and if he's playing R1 he should fit nicely but if not then I'll need to change! Macaffer is mainly due to price, and assuming they still want him for run with roles and playing a bit in the forward he should be a nice cheap pick !

Ringo

Nice Team Well done. Just hope we get a number of playing rookies Round 1 with the prices.

Cash: $14,000

Slight change in structure, figured that Fyfe and Hibberd out scores McVeigh and Freeman
questions? queries? concerns?

TomK

Looks good! I like T.Adams pick, if he can recapture the form he had towards the end of last year he would be a great pick. What are you expecting Redden to average? I have him in my team atm as well but not sure what to expect

Cheers TK! If Redden walks into R1 ft and firing and stays that why I can't see why he shouldn't go 105, he's got the help he needs at West Coast now and has put on size for more inside mid role, the lowest I see him would be able 102

Ringo

Nice Team - Like most of us hope to see some cheap rookies playing rd 1.

SinnerZ

looks like a good team heading into the NAB cup!

Interested to hear your thoughts on Menegola? I have him on the bench ATM, however you currently have him on the field. Is this purely a wait and see situation, or could he be in the side come round 1?

Yeah you've pretty much got it right there, he should play imo but he very well might not, I've just restructured so he's gone to my bench now
