This week do you basically get a free shot at having a second chance with a bench player? So for example my team above has Gibson and Ross, if Ross game out and scored a huge 80, I would then trade either KP or Klinger to someone who won't play, and then because Gibson won't play I'll get Ross's points? Yes?

The only case I have against that is Player Values, ideally I'd like all my players to play and increase in value so I can select everyone I want next week, though everyone will end up with much the same team.
