A reminder as well that it is rolling lokcout so if anyone does have changes they want to make they can do so before the start times of games. Those that have already played once are locked in and can't move.

If anyone wants scores for their on field players from Round 1 send me a PM, I won't be posting the results up for Round 1 until Round 2 starts for a reason you may be able to guess.

Obviously if you play BBL Fantasy then all the scores you can see are there.

Just a note today is the 3rd of 4 round 2 matches. I will look at posting round 1 results up tonight (after the game most likely)

ROUND 1 RESULTS

Q Koalas def by V Possums

More guys playing twice helped the Possums get the win here. A good captain selection helped too

NSW Platypuses def ACT Cockatoos

NSW again really strong. The T20 imports in Hussey and Hodge were superb, while full time contract stars in Watson and Haddin were really good. ACT managed to name Tye OOP thankfully that didn't cost a win for Jayman's sake.

WA Swans vs NT Kangaroos

If WA are to win their players really need to switch on all at the same time. NT meanwhile have one of the strongest squads.

T Devils vs SA Wombats

So here's what I have decided to do in this situation. Due to JB being in charge at the time of naming this team and the fact that no side was named, I feel that it would be unfair if the team I created was to be used especially if the result was the Wombats winning. So the Devils will be credited with the points for winning the match however the % will carryover as if it was a normal match. So the Devils are 1-0 but have a % of 79.68.

Incase you a;; missed the hint the PM sent out a day before Rd 2 starting was to see if JB decided to name a team. He didn't, so I figured that was the final straw and anyway he hasn't even replied to my PM saying he'll no longer be needed. So in Round 2 the Wombats will have a live team (It's the same as the Rd 1 bar one change and a different captain)


I would post a ladder but I never got around to making one in excel. Should only take half an hour to do but I really cbf right now :P

Also I forgot to mention that the first three games didn't have the subs come on in the pictures I posted. So that means:

Round 2 Results



The Koalas travelled North and came up with a win. Platypuses struggled this week with Hodge, Watson, Hussey all unavailable.
*Note: NSW score should read 243

The Cockatoos got their first win of the season with a nice win against the Possums. Paine, Rimmington, Tye the stars while Christian tried to get it done for Victoria.


A complete non-event here with the Devils getting a really easy win over a 2-man Swans side.

And with a new manager the Wombats couldn't defeated the tournament favourites. Injuries and byes prevented a better showing but the Kangaroos are a force and still managed to get to 400 in a weak round for them.


I'm going to work on those ladders now.

Sammy's been a tad underwhelming and Stoinis as captain cooked any chance of victory I reckon.

I noticed that the Fantasy BBL site has given Ashton Agar 12 points for taking a catch when he came on as a sub fielder (They didn't do this originally which is why I only noticed it now). So I will go back and alter the NSW Rd 1 score now, it'll lower their score a bit as their sub will no longer come on.
