I think Cricket Australia need to review who they have over on tour. Arguably the biggest 2 test matches of the season (Melbourne/Sydney) against the 3rd worst team in the world. I know it's pretty one sided with us at home, but we need to get a team that atleast looks like they're trying. We wouldn't play Zimbabwe at home at the big grounds, so why are we playing the West Indies? Something needs to change I think.

I think Cricket Australia need to review who they have over on tour. Arguably the biggest 2 test matches of the season (Melbourne/Sydney) against the 3rd worst team in the world. I know it's pretty one sided with us at home, but we need to get a team that atleast looks like they're trying. We wouldn't play Zimbabwe at home at the big grounds, so why are we playing the West Indies? Something needs to change I think.

there's only handful of good teams though, that's the problem. we can't just keep playing England, India, South Africa (this is another problem also, because they like playing their own boxing day test, same with NZ), Pakistan, Sri lanka... other teams are gonna have to tour at some point

I was running by the ICC rankings, but if you combine their performance, with the administration and the talent they have, they definitely are the worst.

Then test cricket is doomed then mate because you can't have a team this bad playing in the biggest 2 tests of the year CA has to come up with something else maybe instead of a team this bad they would be better organizing a couple test against the rest of the world recently retired players , this dispute between west indies players and officials has been going on for to long

it has survived for over a hundred years with the same 'routine' for lack of a better word. I think it's over exaggerated a bit. it's not ideal but this isn't the first time a test will be over in 3 days and it won't be the last
