So now they won't drop Smarsh for another 5 years.
Watch them drop Burns now and move Marsh to open. His hundred earlier in the summer will probably mean just about nothing to the selectors.

Yeah it's because they're Western Australian ::) Nothing to do with the green top and new ball the top order faced, only for the "Lucky" Middle order Batsman (Yes Batsman, not flowering batter ::) ) to face the Bellerive Oval at it's pristine best ::)

Bill Manspeaker

it would be 'batsmen' in that instance bagger :P

PowerBug

It's because Voges is a flowering gun and is showing why he should be in the side. Legend for WA, making the most of his limited time in the squad. I hope he passes the 200 now.

Yes they might be 'easy' runs considering the opposition, however the bloke was batting at 121/3 after three quick wickets fell before and around him, if he gets out soon after it Australia are in trouble. Not everyone would've survived the start, him and Marsh did and then the runs flowed as expected.

all sorts of records are being/about to be broken

there's Voges' double ton. not long now till he has the highest score at Bellerive Oval

Marsh 150 now as well

JBs-Hawks

Hoping for a wicket soon, Marsh doesnt deserve his name to be above Bradmans.

thinking the same thing. I don't want em to pass the 2 Ponting and Clarke partnerships either. that might've already happened

Nige

flowering Windies making Smarsh look good, this is frustrating.

437 is the highest 4th wicket partnetship in test history, Jayawardene and Samaweera

451 is the highest ever partnership in the history of Australian test cricket. Ponsford and Bradman 2nd wicket.

405 is the 2nd highest in Australian test history Bradman and Barnes.

They just jumped past Ponsford and Bradman 388 for the 4th wicket into 3rd place.

Like I said yesterday. If I were the Windies I'd walk off the field and forfeit

PowerBug

I wanna see them beat 451 so please score all the runs Voges coz Smith might be letting Marsh get his 200. :-\
