Suckers and Boyd back this week

I wouldn't touch either Williams or Omac

If Williams survives with those 2 back, wouldn't that give a good indication of his JS?

Don't think he's competing with Adams, but definitely Suckling.

On another note, are there any chance of some forward rookies coming through soon?

Jackson Paine could be an option next week, but other than that it's looking very thin..

Soon as in the next few weeks not much, Trent West maybe, 196k is a bit steep though

But looking at the list a few names that might get a look eventually

Apeness, Jake Long, Michael Close, Silvani

Anyone else would have to rely on a few LTIs to get a look in

Jake Long is a huge chance to debut this weekend for the bombers from what I have been reading.

Redman is still just 131k  :-X

If Paine plays a 3rd I'll probably grab him

Would you consider Matthew Uebergang from Freo instead of Paine RD?

B/F DPP that you could use to swing with someone like Brown/Tippa/Adams up back.

I only have Brown left so nah, but definitely Nah with byes still to come - you don't want Uber as a donut for all 3 rounds

Western Bulldogs
LB: Bailey Williams was impressive against GWS which is great for such a young player. He's likely to play this weekend.

Not sure how long he will last though...

RaisyDaisy

I keep changing my damn mind on Hopper and Williams

Williams JS was and is the concern, but now that Bev has come out and said he was impressed with him vs GWS and will be playing this week even with Boyd, Suckling and Adams returning I'm thinking this guy might be a must with the lack of upcoming downgrade targets

As for Hopper, he would be very handy to have over the byes

Cant settle on a decision just yet, but now thinking double downgrade to grab both is the right play this week

RD, I'm in your boat mate.
I was looking at passing on Williams because I thought he would be first out when Boyd suckling and Adams came back..
However, the kid looks the goods, did some awesome things against Melbourne and had a decent performance against GWS.
I just posted this in another topic, we are looking to get games into him this year as back up if Murphy does indeed retire.

I'm thinking of Gresham >> Williams to offer dpp in the mids/backs especially helpful considering I have Bartel etc
Or is it too early to cash in on Gresham?

tor01doc

I am seriously considering Williams for his price, his DPP (fits nicely with Bartel), allows me to afford Zorko and leaves me DMac for loophole this week.

RaisyDaisy

I'm not fussed about his DPP because I can't see myself ever needing it

I'd be downgrading one of Brown, DBJ or even Papley via Brown to Williams

I could then upgrade Bennedy/Papley to a prem, or double down by grabbing Hopper too

Hopper I am 50/50 on, because Matho is coming through next week (Same Bye as Hopper)

Ok, so if Adams, Suckling and Boyd all make the cut along with Williams, who presents as his major threat?

Johanissen eventually

He won't return until post-byes, if Williams hold's his spot in that time he might make some good cash.
