and Dunkley had 34 touches so could return

Hopefully he does sooner rather then later.

Lobbe out for 12 weeks, meaning Howard should get a good crack at things

I still won't be touching him, but he will do most of the rucking now with Hoff and Dixon helping out

dicey7

What's everyone doing with Davis? I want to get rid but seems a waste since he's made bugger all

RaisyDaisy

I'm thinking I will pass on quite a few rookies now

Smith this week and Keays next, and I reckon guys like Mathieson, Marcon, Trengove etc should present as options eventually too

Tucker, Cox, Howard, and the rest for this week and next I'm passing on I think

Davis to Keays next week most likely for me

Already have Dunkley so can't keep holding two plonkers on the mid bench so I'll just bank the 80k and move him on

Dunno about Keays

I like Howard but. Will play every week from here on you'd think. Lobbe out for 12

Might risk not getting him this week due to other circumstances and grab him next week after a price rise.

Thoughts?

RaisyDaisy

Yeah I'd do that too

Just because his JS appears to be decent now, I'm not getting him if he keeps putting up 40-60 every week. Will be a slow burn and shower cover

Papley and Petracca is reliable bench cover for now

I'm thinking about the byes. Don't wanna be carrying rookies who stink and don't have good JS.

Howard's 50-80 could potentially be lifesaving when you're struggling for 18

85 kgs for a rookie isn't too bad at all.  With all the injuries you'd think he'd get a chance.

30 touches and best on according to afl player ratings.

Good point. With Lobbe out for 12 weeks Howard could be carried through the byes

Got me thinking now

Don't you think there is a reasonable chance that Dougal is so bad that they drop him and just go with a Hoff/Dixon pairing, kind of like what Geelong did last year?

Yeah it's possible, but can Port afford to have both of their guns getting belted in the ruck for long periods of time?

Dougal could be there just to wear the brunt of it

I don't think I will get Dougal, but it's worth discussing

I like saying Dougal.

It's hard to say really, you could frame it both ways and still be reasonable

Flicked Davis coupla weeks ago at 176K to get Bryne-Jones, he has made over 100K  as you's know and scoring quite well.
Know what you mean RD with plonkers, i still have Menedue & Gresham, Tho i dont really mind as fill ins if their B/E is low and can help with loophole.
Sent Weiters packing this week for Smith,i couda benched him but still got a week more b4 Rance comes back and my other def bench is Ruggles. Plus when Weits comes back he B/E is  to high for me.
