Is Menadue really that much of a lock? Didn't score that well did he?

And I'm not so sure on Howard anymore either.

Chol was always a small chance but didn't do enough last night.

Broad is also a small chance too make my team.

Menadue scored 65 in a 8 goal thumping and scored 70 odd and a ton previously. At 155K, their injuries and he's added JS what more can we want?

Broad might be an option for d8 I think

As for Howard, I'm not sure at this stage.

Money Shot

Good points.

Menadue is locked and loaded.

Broad and Howard are maybes.

Heck even Chol will be a F8 if he gets a run.

I can't see the image, so who is it you're talking about? Mullett?

RaisyDaisy

Yes, Mullett

In regards to forward rookies/cheap options:

Wells, Bennedy, Menadue, Kerridge is who I have on field with Grimley and X on bench

What other legit options are there? I want Grimley at F8 so I want my F7 to be someone who will be reliable and capable of scoring well if I need to call on them.

This is why I am thinking of bringing on a 3rd prem forward, because I can't find that final rookie that I am comfortable with

Howard, Milera, Kommer, Tippa etc just not sure any of them are reliable enough and can score enough if required

Milera will play, it's just can you justify the spend on a non-starting rookie?

McCarthy from Geelong has been talked up a lot by the Cats personnel, so he is an option. Tackles a lot in fwd 50, so will score ok too.

if broad got a game i would be happy with just 60-70 every week
With tigers injuries think his JS went up a little more, He scored 66 from 66% TOG.  Will lock him in at d8 and even if he averages 60+ for 3 games till others come back still a reasonable cash rise for downgrade if need be. Just need a minimum of 3 games from him.

Yep, and he averaged 17 touches last year too. I think he is a serviceable option for D8

Menadue locked in, and I like broads chances too.

Put a line through Dougl though. Oh well 2/3 isn't that bad

our boys have already said if there was a prelim this week he'd be up for selection. just taking it very slow and making 100% certain his hammy is good to go. I wouldn't expect to see him for at least a month, maybe 2

nice downgrade option in about rd 5-8

cortez

Tom Lee scored 73 in the first NAB  game and with a year under his belt at playing defense in the VFL i'm thinking he could get a few games and could be a good pick in the backline
