Mills and Hooper are both in my team for now until I see better options. Considering Kennedy as well but I think that Hooper is well ahead of him.

Carlton's McKay kid could possibly lime up round 1, and is DPP Fwd/Ruc.... 8)
Be a good option at R3

Was hardly a productive player at the u18 level, could almost see him as one of those blokes who manage to lose value at an already cheap price. He's gonna take some time to develop, not worth it just for the DPP imo.

A bit of a more expensive option, but Mullett for North as a defender represents some value. Just a tick under 200k as a defender, he had a few injuries last year so it was a struggle to break into the team. If he is fully fit he is probably a fringe player at the moment but he proved that he had the ability to score decently.

Yeh don't mind that option

Seems very risky. I think he's not even running yet, and he hasn't played AFL in two years, so I wouldn't bother. Go for Kennedy, Kerridge, Petracca, Sumner, etc.

Lachie Plowman is more expensive than a typical rookie. What's his chance to line up round 1? I was impressed by him in the last couple of rounds of 2015.

Risky as he has just had surgery and expect to miss 10 weeks of preseason.

And Trent West? Will he see any game time at Brisbane?

TBH, im not 100% sure, but at best if he does his JS is very shaky.

JS isn't as critical for him as it would be for a starter. I was thinking of starting him at R3 instead of somebody who's 100k but won't play, but if West only plays a handful of games then it isn't really worth it.

Can not see west playing unless Martin is injured.  Both Andrews and Merrett can pinch hit in the ruck to give Martin a rest.  West will not fill a forward position initially but may do if all fail to come up. Walker, Freeman, Close, Schache will be given first opportunities. And then there is the option of playing Hipwood and mcStay forward as well. So basically what I am saying West will not get games unless injury prevails.

Kerridge, Freeman and Mitch Brown are locks, Ben Kennedy a good chance as well

Read somewhere that Carlton want to turn him into Carrots replacement once he retires so might be learning run with roles, at 135k or w/e should still be ok if he lines up though.
Freeman with more Hamstring issues, makes me think of a comment someone on here posted a year or 2 ago about his hamstring/medical history and why they would never pick him, wish i could find that  :P
