Most that have Petracca still in their team would be well aware that he is not playing round 1.

I know it sounds silly but I'm seriously considering just going with as many high end rookies as I can knowing they have JS and going fully clear of those who get named this week outside of the many that have been talked up throughout the preseason. I'm definitely questioning the scoring of these lower priced rookies as well as JS and with the high end rookies I have, I'm not really hurting my structure whatsoever. With this in mind, if there is a lower priced rookie that plays well in rounds 1 and 2 and looks to have broken well into their respective side I shall downgrade onto the bubble, because I would rather hurt my starting team a little and knowing all my rookies will play and increase in price instead of being happy with my structure, but not having funds to get rid of basemen pruced rookies because everybody knows that's gonna kill you early on. $$ increase and a small drop in points is more important than early points and no $$ increse in price (the teams who have all $102k rookies on their benches)

Is this ridiculous? Because seeing a lot of teams with ripper mids and not much in terms of defence and forwards, but the rookies they have are not entirely plausible prospects and are wishful thinking for sure.. Have to be a realist haha

Nah mate I think your on to something. I have one of those "ripper" mids (Rocky M6 Crouch M8!) and I'm trying to fill my bench without Tippa, Davis and Ruggles. Its tough, have 160k left to fill F8 and I've got no idea (already have Kommer and McCarthy) Only options are Dan Rioli (pass) or Grimley to F8 and bring in a non playing R3
