What about reverting to your original plan of starting with Petracca and downgrading Crouch to him? lol

TomK

Another option would be to go M.Brown - Hartley this week and get another price rise out of Milera and then go him to Ruggles and going by projected scores and prices, I would roughly have 536k to work with when trading Crouch. But is another trade worth it for someone else over Zaha? I don't know, such a headache.

Hahah I reckon I'll wait til Petracca is on the bubble, shouldn't be too long til he plays.

Hawker_08

I know, it's a hard decision. ATM I have Zaha in for B Crouch and Sam Gray > Weitering but my other option would be Crouch > Hartley and Sam Gray > Robbie Gray but then I am left with a rookie (McDT/Hartley/Brown) I don't want on field's scorer. Not sure if Zaha can be trusted. He does have Geelong, Collingwood and Carlton in his next three.

Gandalf123

i've got a similar issue to you, zaha looking as my only upgrade option for this week for crouch and i don't feel overly comfortable having him, the option I'm sitting on at the moment is going a week early with crouch down to ruggles leaving me with 260k and hopefully next week be able to get a rook up to someone more reliable like Gray etc.. still not sure yet.

I don't think long term that Zaharakis will be a keeper.

Parish still has cash to make. Maybe go Crouch to Parish. If Parish keeps up an 83 average he will get to approximately 399k by Essendon's bye and be a relatively easy upgrade.

Yeah I'm not convinced either. Is going to Parish worth a trade though? If I did this, I would be planning to use two more trades next week and that would 5 gone already which is not ideal.

I could just do the Milera - Ruggles trade and Brodie Smith instead of Zaha and moving him down back eventually, he looks in great form, like he was in 2014.

Team after trades this week -

DEF: H.Shaw, R.Laird, J.Bartel, B.Smith, M.Adams, D.Byrne-Jones (M.Hartley, M.Brown)
MID: L.Parker, G.Ablett, P.Dangerfield, S.Pendlebury, M.Murphy, T.Liberatore, C.Mills, C.Oliver (B.Kennedy, R.Davis, J.Smith)
RUC: T.Goldstien, N.Naitanui (L.Goetz)
FOR: L.Dahlhaus, A.Hall, M.Barlow, M.Robinson, D.Wells, S.Kerridge (L.McCarthy, C.Menadue)

10K Remaining, 21 Trades left after this week, Overall Rank - 4128.

Current trades this week are Weitering and Tippa - J.Smith and Dahlhaus. Using Hartley as cover for Laird which is pretty annoying but hopefully can knock out some 70's.

Bennedy to Petracca is locked in next week which currently would give me roughly 190K in the bank which won't be enough to upgrade Oliver with my other trade next week which is next on my list.

My question is, do I go Buddy or Dusty this week instead of Dahl which would give me enough to go Oliver - Rocky next week or do I stay with Dahl and go Davis - Keays and upgrade Oliver the week after but costs an extra trade for an upgrade. Any thoughts? :-\

GoLions

If Keays kills it next week, then most people may be doing a double downgrade anyway, so I'd just grab Dahl (or Zorko ;)) now, and whatever happens next week happens.

TomK

Yeah that's what I'm leaning towards, cheers GL

Good advice, it's also a good reason to lock in Rocky now.

If I already had Shaw, I would 100% be bringing Rocky in this week :(

Swing Bennedy forward and grab Rocky now instead of Dahl? :o

Haaaaaaaaaaaaaalp

DEF: Shaw, Laird, Bartel, 22 Points B.Smith ::), Adams, DBJ. (Brown, Hartley)
MID: Danger, Parker, Pendles, Gaz, Murphy, Libba, Kedge, Bennedy. (Oliver, Smith, Davis)
RUC: Goldy, NN. (Goetz)
FOR: Dahlhaus, Merrett, Hall, Robinson, Wells, Barlow. (Menadue, Petracca)
13K Remaining, 19 trades left.

Staring at playing Brown and Hartley again which is frustrating, especially Brown, Hartley is okay. Will play Smith if Gaz is out.

What trades tho? Too many problems, I don't know where to start.

GoLions

Depends if you wanna keep Adams or not. If you do, I'd drop Brown and maybe Hartley for Brand and a premo. Could alternatively trade someone like Kerridge/Oliver/Menadue etc and get Macpherson (or swing Adams fwd), depending on how much cash you need for the player(s) you want.

TomK

Yeah I reckon I'll keep Adams. I want to get rid of Menadue but at his price I can't get anyone at all and if I go him to MacPherson it gives me barely any money to make an upgrade.

Just played around with it and my current trades are on the basis that Barlow isn't back which is Oliver - MacPherson and Barlow - Docherty via Adams, so I play Petracca for Adams and Hartley for Laird which I'm comfortable with. Next week atm the plan is Davis - Hopper and Bennedy/Kedge - Priddis/Ward.
