Receiving DPP?

Only concern with that team is Byrne. As a Carlton supporter I don't see him as being best 22. Buckley, Touhy, Docherty, Simpson, Walker are all in front of him and although Simmo and Walker can and probably will play further up the ground I don't see him coming in too the frame until later in the year. He will be the perfect downgrade option down back.

Receiving DPP?

Bennell is a potential smoky this year,  if DPP will be a lock for me.   Actually if any of these guys get DPP they will be back in my team over any KPP.     If they are not DPP then other mid options likely to be better value.


NDS Griffen McVeight and Sidey are all potential Back Mid DPP.     Only way I would take any of them would be if they do get DPP or full time Def classification.   NDS is a no.

- My Calculations have this team 6k into the red zone, so hopefully real prices prove me wrong but im willing to sit on it with fanplanner having me in the good.
- Peoples confidence in Griff and Greene as DPP or position change has them in my team straight up.

If things don't go to plan then I'll change it when it all comes out.

Gone cheap in defense...
Mackenzie (amazing what 60k off FP price can do perspective) and rookies look of plenty. Think Yeo and Smith can be top 10 defenders and macmillan is a fav of mine who wouldve paid off last year if i stuck with him.
Standard midfield and rucks.
Forwards bennell and wingard are guns. Can see wingard pushing for more midfield time especially with the new interchange rule he could find himself playing more there when boak, wines + gray etc are resting forward.
Love merrett hes like my breakout pick this year. Greene is a ball magnet and i read he was having injury problems last year.

Backs, I like, I too am on the "cheap in defence" train!

Mids, looks a lot like mine so must be good

Rucks, top 2 from last year say no more

Forwards, Good on you for trying some PODs but its too risky for me, if it was up to me I would look at brining in Wells and Deledio

if i found a suitable way for me to get Greene to Barlow i would... But it would be through my rucks which would annoy me!

Mackenzie definitely locked for me at that price... Will make 150k
Yeah Yeo has similar attributes to Fyfe, Parker ETC... Albeit not as good but can do all of it to a certain extent and if he plays mid I back atleast 90ppg
