Defence i like... Jimmy is a good pick can average 100 if he swings around everywhere (fwd and back)
Midfield is good, think you need libba there though. Out of the three guys hes the one who can go above 105+ average and be super premo.
Forwards not sure on Gunno... Don't think hes top 10 forward material, unless this lack of depth down there stays like this.

if you wanted to free up cash..
Best bet would be goldy to martin, which i expect will be a 5-10 point difference over the year but means you could add 30-40 a week if you can get parish to libba...
i think that may leave you 20-30k short though with what i priced ablett at 560k

Gunston top 5 forward very happy with him.

If you know me im not dropping Goldy.

Im hearing the discount are smaller now. A ACL is serious and other dogs have lifted without him.

According to last years pricing anyway ablett should be at $558,700 including a 10% discount, and all fair points...
You have any idea how much smaller the discounts may be

Gone cheap in defense and forward line and spent heaps in the mid and ruck to get the best of the best.

J.Mcveigh, A.Rance, J.Bartel, A.Neal Buleen, J.Weitering, A.Francis (C.Byrne, M.Brown)
N.Fyfe, G.Ablett, R.Sloane, T.Rockliff, T.Liberatore, B.Crouch, J.Hopper, C.Mills (B.Keays, J.Gresham, R.Mathiewson)
T.Goldstein, N.Nat (M.King)
D.Martin, M.Barlow, J.Gunston, D.Wells, C.Petrecca, B.Kennedy ( N.Kommer, N.Cockatoo)

Ringo

Interesting strategy Holz and may pay off.

With Chol having DPP is it worth looking at a R/F in your forward line as added coverage if you can afford, Sinclair or Berger are tow options to consider.

What's the reasoning behind ANB

Gigantor

I wouldn't touch Chol as R3

Tigers first 4 games are Thurs/Fri/Early Sat/Fri

Almost no chance for loop holing if he is your only zero

Wyatt at Collingwood isn't much better,

Maybe Loersch, GC have a really nice draw for loop holing but then GAJ can never be VC until you have other zero's

I'll be going Max King, 15K more but a much more loop hole friendly draw

I reckon the guy can play and score. needs to crack into the team though

had burger in there till i realised i could downgrade gim to Kennedy and a back premo to Weitering to fit in Fyfe.

plan is to get soo many points from the high scoring mids and rucks that it wouldnt be an issue.

ill get rid of chol and pick a guy with more late games. Reason i have a F/R in the bench is if goldy or nic nat miss one week rather then trading them out ill trade a forward to a forward ruck for the week then play them in the forward line.

see how ryder burger sinclair go.

Have a look at Max King from Demons who have 10 Sunday Games and a Monday night game.  Some of their Saturday games are late as well.  I have put him in my latest team (not published yet) for that reason and also provide nice loophole as well.

Don't think I would have the balls to take this approach. Feel like that backline is just way too vulnerable, and having 6 keeper mids means you only really have 2 spots left to fill so you could end up missing out on a top performer or two unless you sideways

That being said, I understand your approach wanting to score so much from the mids and rucks, but do the points you gain there essentially just balance out vs what you lose down back and up forward anyway?

I dont buy back premos and ill be upgrading libba crouch unless they go 100+ which im not sure and will be doing that early to get 6 super premos very very fast.

i will also do things like upgrade mid rookies to premo defensers and using dpp as much as possible.

I trade hard and early, I make cash fast as i trade guys out before they get to their culling point. I have no issue in dropping a mathieson round 6 for 300k to pick up 180k to go say Weitering to a fallen back premo

Holz

Heath Shaw, Alex Rance, Jimmy Bartel, Brodie Smith, Aaron Francis, Ciaryn Byrne (Mitch Brown., Michael Hartley)

Scott Pendlebury, Gary Ablett, Tom Rockliff, Brad Crouch, Tom Liberatore, Darcy Parish, Jacob Hopper, Jade Gresham (David Cunningham, David Okearny, Mitch Hibberd)

Todd Goldstein, Nic Nat (Mitch King)

Brett Deledio, Dustin Martin, Jack Gunston, Michael Barlow, Daniel Wells, Jonathon Simpkin (Christian Petrecca, Nick Kommer)

spent alot up front with 4 standout premos who should all be top 10 easy. Wells looks fit and super value, simpkin can score like crazy without the vest. Rucks gone who i think will be the top 2 scoring rucks of the season. Gone a little light in the mids which is a worry with only 3 premos.

not sure on Fyfe, selly injured. May look at sloane but the forward firepower hopefully makes up for it. Gone pretty strong down back with alot of essendon players. my bench guys probably wont score but they will get games.

Gigantor

Strong team Holz, I wouldn't worry about only 3 mid premos since you have Libba and Crouch.

If the defense rookies look solid you could downgrade Rance and bring in another mid

With wells + Simpkin up forward at f5&6 you can easily drop a premium there...
The midfielder you pick will out score any forward you choose.
not sure how much cash you got left but deffinitely Gunston to kerridge and hopper could become sloane or someone like that.
Making same amount of cash but more points from what im seeing.
i like the rest of your team though! thinking that  Nicnat could be a better pick than stef martin now also. Eagles just need to play him with McGovern as backup which i believe was the plan last year!

Only reason i recommend more in the midfield is because there are more guys you can count on to be premo and up forward and back its easy to trade in guys with form and a good draw.
