The heavy rain is only just hitting my place on the Gold Coast now heading from the south easterly direction towards Brisbane. Still an hour or so at least before the heavy rain gets toward Brisbane.

Statistically he is Australia's best off spinner in the history of test cricket so I don't get why you think he is shower.

He bowled relatively well and got 2 wickets. He has the pitch conditions to get 5+ tomorrow.

With a bit of humidity around after the storms tonight hopefully their will be some swing and seam for the quicks.

Half way between lunch and tea is my prediction for when the Aussies will clean up the sheep flowerers.

Extremely overcast at the moment so there should be some nice swing.  There will be some showers which more than likely effect play for a short period so hopefully enough time between showers to win.

Agree with the bounce, spin and drift Lyon was getting yesterday he should be very dangerous today.

Another lesson and do not wish to be too derogatory but Joe Burns is not a short leg fieldsman.  Has not got the technique right  and too slow to react. He has missed a few chances in there.
