Hey guys, after some discussions with Levi, I may go ahead with this now but I'd like some of your input about its direction.

1) Do you want to keep it in the same format as Levi suggested and make it purely a card collection based game?

or

2) Make a team from your "cards" (players) and have a DT scoring system so you can actually see how good team you can make with your cards.

In short, it would probably be a 2-3-1-2 format team. It would require quite a lot of luck of to get premos (I'd use virtual dice to decide what comes in your pack), however we could have auctions for some cards too.

I can explain point 2 if people are interested by that, otherwise can stick with idea 1.

Well, I'm not sure if there's no interest or no one is reading this so I will probably create a new thread, but here is the idea I had for point 2.

HOW TO BUY CARDS

Every person who wants to play is given 200 gold. A pack of 3 cards can be bought from the store for 20 gold.

I will have a list of every player and divide them into tiers, bronze, silver, gold, elite/platinum.

When you purchase a pack, I will roll a die (dice). If it is a 5 or a 6 (33% chance) then you move up a tier. If you get 1, 2,3 or 4 then you get a bronze tier card. This card will be randomised using a number generator to pick a number and as my cards will be in a list, you get the corresponding card.

If you move up a tier, I will roll another die. If it is a 5 or a 6 (33% chance) then you move up another tier. If you get a 1,2,3 or 4, then you get a silver tier card.

This means the odds of a gold tier card will be roughly 10% and an elite/platinum tier card will be roughly 3.5%.

AUCTION

Once a week (can be more), I will put up a card for auction. Highest bid wins (I'll probably have a buy it now option too). The details for this will come later.

HOW TO EARN GOLD

To earn gold, you will be required to submit your best team in a format of 2 defenders, 3 midfielder, 1 ruck and 2 forwards for DT scoring.

Each week, the top 10 scoring teams will earn gold, depending on their placement.

This is how you generate gold.

TO START THIS GAME and for it to work, I will probably need about 10 people who will take this seriously. If you can commit to it, then we can have a good, fun game.

PS; to HP, if we do get this up and running, if we could get a new board on FF that would be really awesome.
