Man I would love Priddis instead of Fyfe right about now.

Just got a feeling Fyfe isn't right where as Priddis has had a full pre season without any concerns.  :-\

I really don't know why, but I have Priddis pidgeonholed as a guy who I expect to average well but not be in the elite top 10 bracket, but the last couple of years he's been a top 5 player... I probably need to start gibing him more credit.

Nobody gives the guy credit, including me. lol

Got to admit though the guy is an out and out gun!

Every year he is always not favored in initial teams over Ablett, Pendles, Rockcliff, Dangerfield, etc.  :o

I started Priddis but for Danger instead of Fyfe or Pendles.  But will be watching Fyfe this week with Sandi back against the Suns ruck.  If he does not lift with Sandi back really have to consider going Fyfe to Danger.

I'm thinking along the exact same line as Ringo but, because I have Danger, I would bring in Priddis.  I also can't help thinking that there is something seriously amiss with Fremantle but what and why I haven't worked out. One thing that interested me was that Ross the Boss didn't seem to be overly concerned by what was going on.  He has been known to rewrite parts of the coaching manual from time to time.

Really? I mean if he goes 60 again then that's worrying but I find it hard to believe he won't be a top mid by seasons end...

Say he gets 60 again next week. You trade him out, get Danger in. Week 3 Fyfe's price plummets, bu he gets back to 120s. By round 6 the 60s are out of his BE, and round 7 he's back to being expensive again... Later on you trade him back in with possibly an upgrade/downgrade... Essentially, net 3 trades to get Danger in with whatever points difference between the two of them for those rounds (which could realistically be nearly nothing).

I'm in the same boat, could go Fyfe to Priddis but just don't see the value in it. He could well kill my season but he's in now, 2 weeks isn't really enough to judge and after that his price is volatile. Think we're in for the long haul!

Having said that trading him out could be a masterstroke if he goes bad for the season, takes a lot of balls to make the call though.

Note only said consider not do,  It was just that Fyfe did not look in top condition but hard to judge by that freo performance.
I still have Rocky and Ablett ringing in my ears from last year, ;)

Is that what restricted him though? If it is, then I have no doubt he will go big next week as he should recover quickly from the corkie.

Could it be something more sinister?
