I would like to point out one thing. Fyfe had a really good season last year, GAJ missed a lot of the season. When GAJ came back and played those really really good games, do people remember how Fyfe went? Bad is the short answer. GAJ got injured again, and Fyfe's scoring came back until he got injured.

Was it only a coincidence or is there only one god and that player is GAJ?

BUT. It's only Round 1 and he will definitely bounce back (assuming he's not injured).

Does anyone else think he looked off this week? He was wearing the thigh guard. Seemed to play a lot of time up forward. Didn't look 100% to me. I know none of the freo team played up to par but he looked well underdone

Yeah I was watching him and he clearly wasn't his normal self, but then again most of Freo weren't

Yeah kinda hard to say, no Sandi doesn't help but none of the Freo side seemed up to doing much, was like they just cbf playing to be honest. They didn't turn up at all.

I really don't know why, but I have Priddis pidgeonholed as a guy who I expect to average well but not be in the elite top 10 bracket, but the last couple of years he's been a top 5 player... I probably need to start gibing him more credit.

Got to admit though the guy is an out and out gun!

Every year he is always not favored in initial teams over Ablett, Pendles, Rockcliff, Dangerfield, etc.  :o
