just had a quick look and I've got 70 odd bets on this years Brownlow!  :o

It is my favourite betting time of the year!  ;D

holy sh1t ahahahah! guarantted at least one winner in there ahahahah.

I've learnt from previous years that if i stinge on my bets I miss out on a few that come in, I also fold a lot of multi's in case a few legs may be a little iffy.  I've always made a small profit, but going for broke this year...literally...broke...lol

yeah i know what you mean, one year literally 1 vote cost me thousands... walked away even, but should on won so much more had i had chucked a few extra on to cover.. I have 22 pending bets on at the moment. More to come no doubt.

How much you outlayed so far?

I've probably done all my betting as I like to get on early when the odds are a lot better and so I haven't had a chance to be influenced by anything else.  Prob outlayed $500 give or take.

Yeah the odds have been smashed in. Ive done the same, got on nice and early.

I see trealor has been smashed in from about 1.90- 1.42. Still think pendles should just have him.

Yeah I hope so!  That's what I mean about influence, I have Pendles just in front of Treloar, but then you see the odds come down and you start believing that Treloar is going to win.  Betts without Sloane is another who has gone from $1.90 - $1.50.  I'm sure there are a few more too, Gawn I think is another, was paying over $2, now is under that mark.

It's funny, I've got Gibbs well ahead, he stands out more, Cripps is the workhorse who I don't feel gets noticed as much just yet.

Yeah I think they had that last year, haven't bothered to look at it though.

A few weeks ago I put $250 on WCE to beat Adelaide which was paying $3.65

Have just used the $600 profit from that bet to do my Brownlow bets

Parker to place @ $3.50
Shuey Top 5 @ $4.00
5 leg multi for most team votes at $13.84

Will be chuffed if just one of them get over the line, but I'm freerolling anyway so can't lose  :D

Group D and E look good

D: Pendles, Lewis, Neale, Gaff, Shiel, Viney. Pendles paying $2.50

E: Ward, Merrett, Titch, Hunter, Tyson, Wines. Ward paying $1.95

Reckon Pendles and especially Ward are locks and great value

Polling history would say Ward, depends if umps notice Zerrett too.  If they do, it'll be tight I think, but yeah Ward at $1.95 is great value.  Can you multi the groups together?
