The brownlow contenders with 2 rounds to go.

Sloane needs to play a blinding last quarter to get close to polling. Dusty probably 4th best player on ground today.

Bont the big mover now tied 2nd with Danger.

The next best behind the list below is Priddis on 21 who in theory could go back to back 3 vote games and tie Sloane.

Bont will win Brownlow number one at just 20 years of age.

meow meow

Actually, Lewis Taylor will win it.

Shuey firmed as West Coast fave after the weekends game at $1.57, I still have have Priddis in front, paying $2.35.

I wont be multying the eagles for most votes. I have shuey in front of priddis by 4-5 votes from memory. So will be steering clear for sure

Yeah think I'll have to do the same...might put one sneaky multi thats a bit out there with WCE though.  Read some article that says Shuey has a chance to poll 3 votes in up to 10 games??!  :o  That guy is smoking crack.

Yep good to boost the odds of your other ones at 1.05 and 1.20 ahaha. But would only do 1 with them.

Shuey has had the best season of his career this year. Priddis probably his worst in the past 4 seasons i reckon. Still decent but. Shuey is more flashy than priddis. SO if shuey gets 25 possies and priddis gets 30, shuey is getting the votes no doubt. I have Shuey on 20 votes, think 10 3s is pushing it from that bloke. But about 5 is definitely possible.

5 is way more realistic.  I have this feeling that Shuey is going to be the player this year that doesn't poll as well as everyone things like Gray and Goldy past.  Don't see him polling much early, but I can see him starting to get some recognition late in the season, won't past 20 votes IMO, and can see him polling less than 15, but Priddis isn't the lock I was originally thinking.

Yeah he is going to be hard to gauge, he is very inconsistent most years so polling has been poor. This year has been his most consistent so thinking he should go well. But will never know. Eagles have won a good chunk of games, and gaff and priddis votes will be well down on previous years, so the votes need to go to someone, and he has been better than both. I think Josh Kennedy will do well too. Those games where he kicks 6+ he will go close to 3s. Can see him being around 12-14. Shuey-Priddis-Kennedy-Gaff for me at the moment.

But as i said is a no deal for my main multis.

Whos everyone thinking for trifecta at this stage? Obvious 2 danger and martin, surely most have?

kilbluff1985

Danger, Martin Sloane, Parker, Jelwood

mixture of those guys for trifectas

do people like Hanners to be leading after round 10?

I like Parker/ Danger after round 10.

A few bets Im looking at on current odds.

Sure thing multi, most club votes - Sloane, Neale, Gray, Martin, Bont @ 1.48

Nearly sure thing multi,
As above + Pendlebury and S.Mitchell @ 2.87

Going through the clubs -

Ade - Lock Sloane in at 1.03. Have him on 25, next closest Laird on 11 (who interestingly isnt even in the market)

Bris - I have Rockliff @ 1.90 on 10 votes from Zorko @ 2.75 on 9 votes. Next best Hanley with 5 votes. Will wait and see.

Carl - Gibbs @ 1.60 on 12 votes from Cripps @ 2.35 on 9 votes. Two horse race. Cripps has more games where he could poll but Gibbs has the clear 3 vote games in wins. Will probably work Gibbs into my multis.

Coll - Pendles @ 1.65 on 18 votes from Treloar @2.50 on 9 votes. But hard to call how Treloar will poll but Pendlebury should have him covered and will be in many multi options.

Ess - Merrett @ 1.43 on 11 votes from Zaha  @ 2.75 on 7 votes. Two horse race and Merrett should get in but the bottom 2 or 3 teams can be hard to predict as you dont know how many good games will get votes in losses. Not betting on Ess at this stage.

Freo - Neale @ 1.10 on 14 votes. Barkow and Fyfe on 5 votes. Neale easy, even though they didnt win many games lock him in.

Geel - Dabger @ 1.05 on 26 votes from Selwood @$10 on 21 votes. I think Danger will win but wont touch in this market. Selwood will be in a few long odds multu combinations for me.

GWS - Throw a dart, lots of good players, not a lot with any voting history except Ward last year so very hard to predict. I have Coniglio @2.00 on 16 votes, Ward @3.25 on 14 votes and Shaw @$9 on 13 votes. Ward has the best voting history whereas Coniglio is really hard to judge how he will poll. Will likely back Ward in my longer odds multis. Stay away from Shiel @4.00 who I have on only 4 votes!

Yeah I think Parker will be the early rounds leader till about byes.

kilbluff1985

i think Hanners can get votes in any of the first 10 games was very solid
