Matt Stokes was drafted and I have a feeling upgrading a rookie isn't an option.

If it is then I guess we can continue (he can choose which rookie when he wants)  but might want to wait until an official ruling has been made on that one.

Also if upgrading was allowed it would work the same as an LTI? Where the player at the end of the season is back on the rookie list yeah?

But looking at it ........... the upgrading option could be a clever strategic move on Tbags part.

Go into the season a player short on his senior list, then wait to see which of his rookies has a breakout and gets regular games, then upgrade.

Will be interested to see if this is what he's planning

I was going to say that I feel like the decision had to be made now, but I can't see why that has to be the case if so. Those AFL clubs upgrading rookies aren't being asked to do so before the season starts (I believe).

Stokes was already picked by Toga mate, so you'll be able to upgrade Kelly.  :)
