A trade comes up for us!

Russia Trades: Nankervis + Nat 49
FOR
Iceland Trade: Neal-Bullen + Gorringe

Reason: Russia were keen on ANB who is pretty handy and showed good signs this year. However couldn't work out a deal with a pick alone. But seeing as Russia have Kreuz and we have Sinclair, added the rucks in the even it out with a lesser Nat pick :).

Confirmed

As HP said, it's a very practical deal for both sides giving each of us a back-up ruck from the same team as our No1. Nankervis is clearly ahead of Gorringe, but then Neal-Bullen + Gorringe was overs, so Nat 49 was added in to even it all out.

Cheers HP for a super easy proccess mate, very easy and fair negotiation that resulted in a classic win/win trade  8)

fair deal.

value of nank is hard to determine is a legit shot of being the number 1 ruck at sydney but has serious competition and ANB is a ball machine. Gorringe still could come good had great potential coming into the afl.

Rids

Nice simple swap of picks

Russia give: Nat 21 + Nat 23 + Nat 35 + Nat 63

Sweden give: Nat 17 + Nat 20

Reasoning: We won't be using anymore than 2 picks in the national draft. Sweden required a couple more picks. So we get a slight pick upgrade in position and Sweden get a 3rd rd and a later pick in return.

Atto to confirm

Confirm. As Rids said, they wanted less picks, I wanted more to have some added flexibilty while delisting players from Sweden. Slight downgrade with added picks works.

easy pass. Win Win trade

Nige

Storm give: Liam Picken + Jackson Thurlow
Iceland give: Tom Hawkins + Lewis Jetta

If and/or when Dahl becomes a pure mid, I'm gonna need another decent forward to stay afloat so Hawkins is gonna be handy and he's still only 27. Jetta is will hopefully have DPP, so I'll be able to play him on my interchange or in his non-mid position (assuming he'll be D/M and thus can replace Thurlow down back). Picken was great for me and I didn't really wann trade him, but it's best for my team that I do. Covering Thurlow down back isn't an issue. Both players are on-trades for Iceland too.

Bunny to confirm.

Confirmed!

Jetta and Hawkins good positional players for me, as traded them in to have them around for depth! I can see them going 75+ each next season which is solid for a back and forward. Picken's breakout at 29 isn't great but reckon he can still be solid if he plays a similar role. And could use some fire power in the midfield I guess, and now have like 9 there so a bit overkill. Thurlow just for a younger back as have a few backs over 30 haha.

Saying that, if anybody wants a go at Picken (Or Harley Bennell), I'm happy to listen to offers as I don't like stacked mids :P.

LF

Croatia give : Sam Naismith + Jarrad Waite + Lee Spurr
Iceland give : Rook 10 + Ryan Harwood

Trying to build a team and would rather take a punt on rook 10,Iceland want Naismith as backup to Sinclair and we like Harwood, hope he can keep fit and score well for us

HP to confirm

Confirmed.

Harwood I traded in to cover for Marley and was going to be a future defender for us. I also had grand plans for Rookie 10 but couldn't pass up the opportunity to grab Naismith and complete an overhaul of the Iceland Ruckline. In this offseason we have finally found backup to our great Mummy! Sinclair, Nankervis and Naismith all coming :). I need some decent forward depth so Waite is handy for the short term and Spurr is older but could use the reliable back due to many mediocre backs for us :P.

Holz

just a reminder trade period 1 closes tomorrow at 11:59pm AEST.

we have had 55 players move clubs soo far with alot of picks moved.

The draft will start as soon as the real AFL drafts are over.

Spain looking to have a great draft period with 3 top 8 picks. Crotia still holding on to their number 1 pick to get the best player in the draft. Hungary has all but abanded the draft trading out its 1st 2nd and priority pick.

Hellopplz

Haven't been able to get Zippy back online since he sent this, but happy for him to accept after the deadline if that's on Holz? If not, all good and we'll work something out next trade period.

What about if I give you R25 instead?

So grant + N26 + R25 for Walker + Spurr

Soooo:

Svalbard Gives: J. Grant + N26 + R25
Iceland Gives: L. Spurr + A. Walker

Reason: Walker + Spurr are pretty solid depth, but I have a heap of Oldies so time to think of the future! Grant is 3 years younger than Walker, but reckon him and Spurr are equal. N26 + R25 are upgrades on my current picks in the drafts and happy to go for them as need some youth injections in.

Walker + Spurr were both traded in which is why I'm moving on them :).

LF

Yep same thing Zip is offline atm and I want to get this in before the deadline as I pm'ed him back saying I'd accept this offer.

I can give you R11 for Hurn + Kennedy-Harris

Croatia give: Shannon Hurn + Jay Kennedy-Harris
Svalbard give: Rook Pick 11

We have plenty of defenders so can afford to lose one and with JKH we would rather try get a forward in the draft

Zip to confirm

We're looking for immediate depth and potential F/D4s and Hurn, Walker and Spurr fit that bill, JKH (hopefully) can work out as a project player.
