I did send a league code to him last night LF.

I had a quick look and when you are logged into that league there is a leave option on the left hand side of the page . I haven't left a league but I think that would be it.

Yep. Just worked it out on normal comp and I think I have now left lead. So there should be a spot avail inj that league now...
