Levi got more votes than me in the coaches vote so he was given first pick in the draft. I imagine a similar thing would happen here.

Personally, I think the two 'new' sides will really just look a lot like Toronto and the Dillos originally did given the pool of players. These two teams are drastically different to Sao Paulo and Wellington so I'm still rather skeptical as to whether this re-draft will in fact change the teams that much at all (though I understand the sentiment in drafting one's own team).
