So I kinda really really rate Redden and I'd be ridiculously keen to have him at the Eagles.

What will it take to get it done lads? ;)

But more to the point, any idea why he has picked the Eagles? From what I gather he's got no WA connections and he's from SA, with a number of Vic clubs interested in him.

I don't understand, but I'm pretty stoked if this is true.

I was very surprised to see a link to WCE as well! Hails from Glenelg in SA, and the Vic clubs are always in the mix... So interesting to find out why he's looking at the Eagles!

Good player though. Would have to be worth a first round pick from any of the finalists this year.

Only real attraction I can see is premiership window, can't see us being able to throw massive amounts of cash at him!

Really though do you need another Priddis which is what you would get with Redden.

latest reports are that Redden may stay though - Apparentlly his issue was with Leppitsch and that is being addressed in house.

Priddis is our only player over 30 though and bringing in Redden will give him the support necessary to potentially prolong his career or at the very least give him the chop out he may need.

Also gives further depth to the line that before this season was widely perceived as our weakest.

Furthermore, in my view he's an upgrade on Scott Selwood.

Only reason is he might be mates with Yeo but Rocky is his bestie so surely that outweighs that?
