British 2015 Trades and Rulings

Note this thread is only for posting of agreed trades

Posting the Trading Rules here for your reference:

5.1 Trading between teams is allowed as long as trades are determined to be reasonably fair between both parties.

5.2 Trades must be listed in the Trading Thread in the following format:

X Team receives: Player A

Y Team receives: Player B

Reason: Justification for why the trade has been made

The trade must be then confirmed by the other party in the trade, and they must list their reasons also

5.3 Trades will either Passed or Rejected by the league administrator.  The administrator will take into consideration the short and long term impacts to both teams, to ensure the trade does not damage a team's future chances of being competitive.

5.4 Where any coach feels that the decision of the administrator is incorrect or unfair, they may appeal the decision to the Trades Committee.  The Committee will review the decision, and have the power to confirm or over-rule the decision made by the administrator.  They will then provide feedback to the coaches involved.

5.5 The committee will consist of 3 members, not currently affiliated with the competition, who are deemed to be impartial.  The administrator will be charged with appointing the committee and ensuring they remain active.

The 2015/16 Trade Committee will be Ziplock , Mr. Craig and MyChumps.

5.6 Trades for Trade Period 1 will be on an unlimited basis and can include Draft Picks. For trade period 2 trades are on a one for one basis.

5.7 There will be two trade periods per season, one before the drafts, and one after. Teams are entitled to 15 Player movements over the 2 trade periods.

5.8 A player movement is defined as moving a player from one team to another. Draft picks or players you have received as part of a trade can be on traded but will not count as a movement.

Note rule 5.2 both parties must lodge reasons for trade in this thread.

Trades will be approved or rejected here,  If I am doubtful on a trade I will be in contact with both coaches prior to ruling to gain more information or allow amendment.

Additional Concessions for Trade Period 2
Following Essendon Suspensions for this trade period only:

1) Clubs effected will be allowed additional free movements as detailed below. Note both clubs involved in trade will receive the free movement.
2) When assessing trades main factor to be taken into consideration will be the team structures and competition benefit. All trades including reversible trades still to be approved by administrator.

Vickery is younger than Cloke and has shown huge signs the last month that the penny has dropped. Conca was a former first rd pick who has struggled with injury but is still young enough. Giants are hoping Cloke gets back to his best as it would be a huge boost for us on field.

I wanna look at improving my mid depth rather than relying on blokes like Matt Thomas (GF hero <3), Tom Curren and Jacob Townsend to get games. Conca is best 22 and is another option for me to start if in good enough form. Vickery replaces Cloke in my forward line. The added incentive is that Vickery might do more rucking next season with the interchange cap lowered (so Maric can rest forward) and is also younger than Cloke and should score okay under the Sportal scoring system if he continues his 2015 form.

Confirmed. Matera was like my 8th forward or something this season, and with Simmo getting older, Hurn being shower, Harwood being injured, Higgins about to lose DEF, and Waters retiring, I need another defender. Happy to whack Harbrow in at D4.

I've come to the conclusion that my squad won't win a premiership with it's current players. So i'm willing to lose on 2 best XVs for the chance to have 2 future super guns in Hartung and Lang, when the older players in their teams die out. And now that the sub rule is completely scrapped, Hartung will thrive.

no secret how bad our defense was this year this mixed with our other trade really strengthens it i know Malceski going against my youth policy but there are not enough young defenders to go around i believe with these 2 trades our team is looking much better

Confirmed, i'm in desperate need of a decent ruck... Pyke is shower, Hale is shower, Warnock is shower, Gorringe is shower... And Blicavs will be one of few rucks that are actually viable in UF/Sportal. And Shiel is going to be a future gun of the game, and that's why JB wants him at Huddersfield, to strengthen their midfield.
