Looks as if Sam Gray is getting his Rewards for performances this year.

Krakouer to miss out & Mitchell to go back on if available.

I am quite happy with who we drafted considering our lower picks.

Don't know a great deal about the boys, but in Ken I trust. Fingers crossed

Surprised he, Balic, & Mathieson lasted so long considering how shallow the draft was - some surprise picks as well (i.e. Lovell in the first round, Doedee with the Crows 2nd selection etc.)

It really was a filled with twists and turns

So starting tomorrow there'll be four days of announcements. I really hope two of them are Wingard and Wines' contract extensions.

BOAK extends until the end of 2019!!!  ;D

If that is the first of four christmas presents, the third and fourth will definitely be Wines & Wingard extending  ;D

Excited to see what the second one is (possibly Hombsch/Polec/or Ebert extending... or maybe a bundle of our developing players extending)

Turns out it is only a one year contract extension.. I'm a bit concerned because the club may be trying to divert the fans' attention from the Wines &/or Wingard negotiations  :-\

PowerBug

We won't be seeing both Wines and Wingard re-signing this month. I can see them both waiting until very close to the end of the year because if Port don't perform they will want to leave.

Reckon Chad will sign b4 xmas, & Wines could (hopefully) surprise. Story is Wines could be a short extension tho.

+1

Rumour is that Chad is set to sign a 3 year extension and that he has no intention on leaving Port Adelaide

Conversely, rumour has it that 5 Victorian Clubs are after Ollie Wines. He is likely to extend, but he is the one the club is worried about. There are apparently no doubts about Chad (he doesn't want to leave SA, and he would rather leave SA than play for the Crows  :P ).

"Two announcements down, two wins on the way

There’s a spark at Port Adelaide and more clues to play,

But be on your guard, will you be surprised?

A chance to play near family is always well advised.

Most important of all: you're grounded and you're true,

There is no doubt, you'll run about, a Port person through and through."

Then a picture of a plane

No doubt the news tomorrow will be Chad Wingard extending for another 3 seasons (as he has long been rumoured to) :)

If tomorrow is Wingard extending, and it's the first of the "two wins on the way", the day after will certainly be Wines extending as well. If the club manages that this will be Hinkley's most successful off-season to date  :)
