Dublin and PNL - the two top teams - each had 3 players in the Starting 15, each of the other finalists had one each with the exception of Pacific - but coach Jayman is this year's All-Worlds coach.

Todd Goldstein was named Captain, with Nat Fyfe his deputy.

Cape Town's Higgins, London's Hannebery, Seoul's Dangerfield and Toronto's Pendlebury were the only players from this year's team from teams OUTSIDE the finals. Tokyo, Beijing, Rio de Janeiro, Cairo, Buenos Aires and New Delhi also had no players.

Patrick Dangerfield and Scott Pendlebury are the only players to be named in all 4 of the All-Worlds teams (quite a remarkable achievement really)

This was the 2nd All-Worlds cap for Todd Goldstein, Nat Fyfe, Heath Shaw, Brett Deledio, Robbie Gray, Dustin Martin and Dane Swan. Meaning only 6 players were named in the team for the first time - Shaun Higgins, Luke Hodge, Liam Picken, Dan Hannebery, David Mundy and Matt Priddis.
